I was very happy to have found this repair service after finding that the earliest appointment I could get with Sears was 2 weeks. On the day after the tsunami I was able to get an appointment for today and the repair technician, Larry, called before the scheduled appointment and asked if he could come earlier to our delight of course we said yes. He was on time and completed the repair in short order. We will be using this repair service in the future and if they sell what we need we’ll surely look to them in the future. Excellent service. Exceeded our expectations!
