Fishing… hunting…and purses?
LOCATION: Kaimuki in the same shopping center as Longs/​Times, on the ground floor by Korean Hibiscus. It’s tucked away under the stairs and not visible from the parking lot.
PARKING: free and not too bad depending on the day/​time you go.
SERVICE: Excellent. I’m pretty clueless at this store but they always help me find what I’m looking for.
Things I’ve bought here: Frozen squid for bait, hooks, swivels, weights, grubs, lures, tackle box, and today I bought a spool of fishing line and they wound it using that machine onto a new reel my son just got.
They also sell knives, guns, rifles, and ammo which freaks my kids out so I try not to bring them with me when I shop here. Today I even saw a neat collection of purses… so the guys can say they were shopping for their wives/​gf when they were at JHara. Brilliant.

Stopped in this shop for the first time to check out knives and ammo, tons of fishing supplies, some guns, ammo and knives. Guys in this place are very friendly and helpful. my friend picked up a Buck flipper knife he is really happy with. plenty of parking, good friendly service. we will definitely be going back.

Small fishing, diving and hunting store right under Fairwood Drive Inn and Phở. It says on their Unilocal page that they’re closed today (Sunday) but they’re open on Sundays from 10:00am-3:00pm.

I was in kaimuki and heard about. This place I went In and The guy working Bryce (hope I wen spell’em right) was cool personable. Friendly. get plenty stuff All kinds of stuff. Hunting archery stuff, fishing, ammo firearms stuff Diving stuff, Meat slicer ‚

Lot of supply. Great service. Very considerate. (Bryce). You have to be a bit Hawkish cause lot of Riff Raff in the area. But it didn’t bother me. Ammo prices have come down and this place was pricing it low. Now that I found it I’ll be going here more often.

Ive been looking for dive gear and practical advice on what’s best for me and these guys gave me exactly what I was looking for in a shop. They have a huge inventory of great stuff for such a new shop. They weren’t trying to tell me the expensive stuff is going to be the best and explained the ups and downs of all the products I looked it. I got some simple stuff today but I know I’ll be back when I’m looking for any dive fishing or hunting gear.

This review is for the ammo. It was really expensive. 7 mm Remington magnum was $ 71.00 and some change for 20 rounds. Damn! Seriously! The CCI .22 was $ 10.00 for 100 rounds. They don’t sell it by the brick so pretty much $ 50.00 if you bought five packs which you could find cheaper by the brick if you looked around and acted on it quickly. I believe the .223 was $ 26.00 for 20 rounds. I think it’s cheaper to buy this in bulk which they don’t sell.
On a good note the customer service was very good. They were very friendly and very helpful.
If your into fishing they have a nice setup of Penn reels too and a small selection of poles. They have a freezer with frozen bait too to the left when you enter the store.
I would recommend this store to anyone into archery, fishing, knives and ammo if you really really need it.
