Ken from King Neptune carpet cleaning did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet. He was on time and his rates were very reasonable! It was only $ 50 for one room but needed stain treatment. He was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend using him and I will use him again in the future!

I recommend not to use this company even if they advertise in the yellow pages for cheap service to clean a tiny area for $ 12.95!
When I first called, I thought I was calling someone’s house as there was no professional greeting-​I had to ask if it was that business. Then I tried to explain the areas if wanted cleaned and the owner hung up on me!!! Very bad bedside manners for a customer oriented business! If I could give 0 stars, I would-​lucky they even get 1 star, they don’t deserve it. Remember, word of mouth goes a long way in Hawaii… Aloha!

King Neptune just left our apartment after cleaning one carpeted bedroom. He did an amazing job!
You really can’t beat the prices he has either. Everyone else on the island tries to charge a base rate of at LEAST 80 bucks. Most are in the hundred range and only want big jobs.
If you only have a room or 2 to be cleaned before moving out, give these guys a call. The charge a little over 12 dollars a room, but with a base rate of 40 bucks. Way worth it!
