Just got another alignment for my car and also 2 new tires. The service took awhile, but they were cool and gave me the Unilocal discount save me about 70 bucks. About 160 for alignment with 2 year warranty to get align again if feeling off. Which is worth it. Staff is cool and local friendly will be back mahaloz

On Father’s day (2016), Jim Baldauf provided me with excellent customer service. He was very professional and has an tremendous knowledge about your product. Jim was very courteous and was very thorough in answering my questions and concerns. Jim Baldauf is of outstanding character and is a credit to his profession and a definite asset to the Lex Brodies organization.

Needed to get a wheel alignment and safety check done and was pleased with the service received at Lex Brodies. The customer service personal were friendly and were able to answer all my questions. The cost was reasonable.
The only problem I encountered was when I first arrived, I was not sure where to park my car.
In short, a great experience and I would recommend this company.

Amazingly quick and efficient car service. We went in for tires, and they also diagnosed an issue with my alignment. They have an amiable staff and a quick turn time, quicker than we expected! We were thrilled. Maile Otis was so wonderful to us, and made the experience that much better. ¹⁰⁄₁₀.

My car battery died on Friday of the Memorial Day weekend. Called all around and everyone was closed till Tuesday even the dealership that I got the car from. Cutter Dodge website say’s they are open on Saturday so I expected them to be open. So I called and the sassy girl said «it’s Memorial Day weekend so we’re closed». So I gave up on them permanently and on Friday night, went to Lex Brodie’s website. Made an online appointment since their website said they had an opening at 6:30 am Saturday.
Woke up super early not sure if they would take me as sometimes sites aren’t updated on a timely manner. I was the 2^nd in line at 6:15 am and I was welcomed and relieved when they said they could take me in. Left my car to get some breakfast and returned around 8:30 to find the place fully PACKED with customers. I bet half of them had a Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler too!
My car was done by 9:30, made my 10:30 golf tee time! Plus I downloaded the $ 10.00 coupon which they accepted too! Bravo Lex Brodie! You are in a better place but your charges still carry on your famous customer service! You rock Lex!

I’ve been coming to Lex Brodie’s for nearly, if not over 40 years. The reason – great technical service and great personable service with virtually all the staff that I’ve dealt with over 4 decades. Can’t remember having even one distasteful experience. Perhaps that’s also connected with my living by «The Two Rules» in life? Rule #1 Don’t sweat the small stuff; and Rule #2 It’s ALL small stuff!

Best car servicing I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been going to the dealer for service and now I’m a full on convert. They must spend a lot of time and effort in staff training because they execute like a mother. They have internet coupons and make sure to check in there for a generous Unilocal special! Totally satisfied and saved hundreds.

Brought my Leaf to install special order tire. As before the experience was excellent. This time I waited and happily sipped coffee wile watching TV. I also strolled around the shop and viewed the «Wall of deformed and dead tires» — a visual of different tire issues and explanation of the causes of each. Clean restroom. Free wifi. I could look through the shop window and see the work being done. Hanging on the wall are news clippings of the history of this business and awards for community service. Another 15% discount for checking in!

I got five star service today, they were understaffed with one mechanic on a Sunday and made room to help me with my air-​conditioning. Almost all other shops were closed! They diagnosed the compressor as faulty. My friend and I put the compressor in we brought it to Lex Brodie and they fixed the AC and made sure it was really cold. Mike McNeil was my mechanic he was excellent, very helpful, friendly and did a great job. Vachelle and Leticia help me with making the payment and I actually left my backpack there and they put it aside for me and held it until I came back. Really appreciated that, great employees great service. While I was there I saw them offer rental cars to three other parties getting services performed. I was really impressed and I will definitely be back!

I am always worried about my car, because I know nothing about mechanic.
But I so hesitate to go to a garage, repair shop because I got ripped off several times.
I went there for oil change and car inspection. Also I felt my car was shaking. Mr. Barney Griggs kindly drove my car and checked it. Thank you so much. I do come back again.

I made an appointment, I came early, and yet I had to wait almost 2 hours for my safety check to be done.2 hours for a safety check! Ridiculous… what was the point of scheduling the 30 minute appointment if they saw other people’s cars during and before mine? And to top it off, they didn’t pass me. When I got there I gave them my Texas registration and told them I need this safety check before I can register my car at the dmv. The mechanic said «oh it’s fine I don’t need to see your Texas papers.» After the 2 hours of waiting I was late for my next errand so I drove off and later realized they didn’t pass me. Called them back and was put on hold several times and waited 15 minutes. Hung up and kept calling them until someone would finally speak to me. Some rude lady answered and told me to schedule another appointment and they can redo my safety. Uhhhh so I have to wait to get the issue resolved and possibly waste another 2 hours while I’m there? No thanks.
Bottom line: don’t bother coming here. BBB gives them an A+ rating? They probably paid for that rating. Definitely didn’t receive A+ service that’s for sure.

I’m far from knowledgeable about cars. I’m that lame girl whose like that light is on — idk what to do. So thank god for Lex Brodie’s. I’ve always had a great experience there.
I’ve never had any major car work done, its usually tire related or oil change but they get work done fast!
Last week I needed a new tire replacement so I brought it around 5, 30 minutes later they called me telling me it was done. And I didn’t have an appointment. Pretty good if you ask me. I’ve also left my car overnight with no problems so if you live downtown like I do, you can definitely leave it right before work ends and then pick it up the next morning. Thanks Lex Brodie’s!

What a way to start a day! Went outside, my vehicle had been broken into and the ignition was punched. The battery had died as a result. So we headed off to Lex Brodie’s to get my «jumped» battery checked or replaced. Late afternoon, saturday… what could be worse? No problem. Greeted very quickly and greeted with a smile. We were assigned to James (Jim) who promptly checked to see what he could do for us. A replacement battery was located, in stock! We waited in the Waiting Room, expecting a long delay since they were busy. Before you knew it, we were called and my truck was all done and they were even able to accommodate a Safety Check.

My tire was making a sound so I took my car to get check up. After couple hours the guy told me it would be about $ 450 without much explanation so I told him I will think about it.
I called them back later if there was any cheaper. Jeff told me he doesn’t know until he look at it although I already got an estimate. And he told me he is off Monday Tuesday but he refer me to look for Kuper. So I went back there and looked for Kuper who told me to come back since Jeff was off but I told him if he can have a look, after couple hours he told me it would cost only $ 269 this time. I am not sure why the first guy was tried to rip off.
Anyway Kuper told me he can’t help me that day told me to come back on Wednesday if I want to fix my car so I asked him if I need to make an appointment because I need to go to work by noon. He told me «no need to make an appointment NO PROBLEMS»
So I went back there on Wednesday at 7am I looked for Jeff who seems tired and not helpful he took my info and he said it will be done by Wednesday so I told him I need to go to work so if he has any clue that it could be done by noon? Otherwise I’d rather comeback next time but he repeated I don’t know three times. So I went to talked to a girl she seemed helpful and nice the only reason I am giving a star is for the ladies who works there.
She told me it shoul be done by noon. However it wasn’t but it was okay because they offered rent a car although I would preferred my car to be done.
Finally I went back there to pick up my car today Jeff+Kuper told me it was $ 269 plus tax but there was some kind of additional part fee which wasn’t much but I question them because it wasn’t the same from what they told me Jeff became very rude and made a sound like you don’t know anything. And he said to me. Whatever. Whatever. Whatever.
What is that ??? I felt like he was picking up a flight with me.
Yeah this was my experience. Very rude Jeff and rip off company.

I needed a routine oil change and decided to give Lex Brodie’s a call. I called to schedule an appointment a week in advance and received helpful text and email reminders the day before and morning of my appointment date.
I parked my car in one of their empty stalls and immediately received assistance. Once I got checked in, I decided to hang around in their waiting area that is air conditioned (yay!) has free wifi, complimentary coffee and a big screen T. V playing some ESPN.
My total wait time — 2 hours for oil change, free tire alignment and more knowledge than I’ll ever need on NFL players and their stats.
Check out Lex Brodie’s website for coupons to save on your bill. I wore my UH t-​shirt and received 5% off. Be sure to remind the staff that you have a coupon, are a Unilocaler or are indeed wearing UH gear as they may not credit you, especially if they are super busy.
Great service mixed with the added savings makes for a thumbs up experience.

I was in a bit of an automotive jam and Lex Brodie’s really came through for me. I went to a service station for my annual car safety check, but failed to pass because apparently one of my tires was worn out. I almost blew a gasket as my safety check was about to expire! Now I’ve always had trouble getting new tires because I have low profile tires and many places just don’t carry my tires. I couldn’t get an appointment at my normal repair place before my safety check expired and boy was I really in a bad pole position.
I did some Unilocaling and saw Lex Brodie’s received high marks. I was able to immediately make an appointment online at the Queen Street location for the next day… Phew!
I pulled in at my scheduled time and they took my car right way. They had my tires in stock and were able to offer several model and price options for my tires. I even got a discount as I decided to avoid more hassles and change all of my tires at once. As promised, my car was done in 2 hours and I was back on the road with new wheels and a spiffy new safety check sticker!

This was my first time at Lex Brodies and I heard of this place from my sister but I think she was talking about the Brodies in Pearl city.
Anyways I searched on there website and they had a lot of deals going on. It’s amazing actually, but maybe because it was around the holidays! If you ever plan on going lex brodies check for coupons first. So I called to make an appointment and I asked what specials apply for the specific Tire I was getting, which I wanted BF Goodrich. So as I was talking to the lady I was unsure of which tires to get between Uniroyal or BF Goodrich. So she confirmed my appointment assuming the tires I had requested for would be put aside.
Well I ended up rescheduling my appointment then once I arrived to Lex brodies when they registered me in they said my tires that I wanted (BF Goodrich) is out of stock, so I’m thinking they sold it to someone else and had no decency to save my tires that I called 3 weeks ago for. So my options were to get Uniroyal or Michelin. I really wanted BF Goodrich since it was in my price range and I had no idea what brand Uniroyal was. Then he checked and they were out of stock for the Michelin tires, but it was available at other locations so they would need to pick it up. For that inconvenience they offered me a rental car but I honestly didn’t want to but I didn’t want to stay there as well. So I took the rental car. Also, my appointment was at 9 or 930 and my tires were completed at 430. So I felt I had wasted time for that day. There was a reason why I set up an early appointment.
They were pretty busy since it was Saturday but I also think they should have been well prepared for me since I have called a couple times to make sure I had the right estimate for my tires. I even called a day before my appointment to ask about my tire availability.
This concludes my review but they handled me with kindness, but I felt with no honesty. I think the coupons are what makes it a better service. Also as I customer I was very patient with there service and I feel like they took my patience as a weakness.

I’ve always liked Lex Brodies — they have always dealt fairly with me. Even replaced a valve stem on my tire that I DIDN’T buy from them at no charge, bless their hearts. But I think from now on this will be my go to place for safety checks. You can set an appointment online (or the old fashioned way — by phone). In and out in 45 minutes, no hassle. They remind you of your appointment via email and text (always nice) and have a sufficient waiting room with TV and hot coffee for you to hang out.
Yep, I’ll be back, and my next set of tires will come from here too!

Fast service and employees were friendly and knowledgable

I was excited to find a regular spot to take my car, since moving here 2 years ago. I wanted to find a place I could trust and that was timely. I made a online appt had to wait a day and a half for a opening but it was worth it to have a appt for two new tires. I had a tire lose the tread so I was on the donut. Everything was going good I checked in easily at 930 my appt time. After a hour I decided to go check on the progress, they hadn’t even pulled my car in to start? I said something to the gal and she mentioned I’d be next. They started about 20 min after that. I’d asked to have the shocks/​struts looked at and to have the battery tested. She called my name finally at 1145am, 2 hours and 15 min later I approached the computer where she was typing assuming my vehicle was done, she said you can sit back down unless you want to watch me? Wth? Why did she call my name if she wasn’t ready, I sit back down embarrassed. 5 min later she’s ready. She asks for the payment but no info on the shocks/​struts or battery check. I ask what about the shocks? She says she will go ask, about 5 min later she came back and said they were checking them. He finally brings the car around and says they are fine they aren’t leaking. They aren’t fine they are 20 years old and have never been changed and the ride is horrible causing some uneven wear on tires. I then ask about the battery test and he says hang on I’ll go get the tester. I thought seriously you haven’t even done that?
Anyway I’m not exactly left with a great 1 st impression of Lex Brodie’s. The tires are fine but service is important and I would’ve scheduled a appt to buy shocks/​struts but not after my poor experience. If someone has a appt please start working close to the time of appt or communicate with the customer what’s going on, don’t just leave us hanging in the waiting room

First time to Lex Brodie’s and it was great. Being able to book online easily is a plus. The day I dropped it off we reviewed my list of to-do’s I had input with my online appt only to find a couple of things Lex did not do. Not a huge deal but would’ve been nice to know prior to appt day. I was quickly serviced as soon as I parked. I chose to ‘drop off’ my car and was expectng at least several hours to wait, but after a mere 2 hrs it was ready! When I had returned to pickup my car I was pleasantly surprised at my mere $ 20 bill compared to the $ 300 Honda had quoted me for the same (and some unnecessary) services. Thank you Lex Brodie’s! I will be back soon :)

Only to find out they will no accept proof of insurance if it’s printed. It’s 2016, everything is online! Just call progressive and give them the policy number.

When I first bought my Volkswagen beetle this was the place I found online for safety check and so I called to schedule an appointment and I can’t remember if I also had to change the light so I was there a couple times and I am just glad, very happy, and thankful that my car was taken care of which had saved me a whole lot deal of worry and heartaches.

A few days ago my father and I took my truck to get new tires and an alignment check to this location. I was going to rate and recommend this Lex Brodie’s, but things went south during the pick up of my truck.
First off I would like to say good job on alinement, the tires look great car drives fine. But obviously their customer service and ethics are poor. There was no call that my truck was ready for pick up, my center cap on my driver side front rim was missing, and the lack of honesty bring this location to 1 star.
When we got there first thing I noticed was the missing center cap on my truck and thought it to be an honest mistake or was miss placed. The women who saw us out and did the final inspection for quality seemed in a little rush or at least knew something was wrong. I pointed out that there was a part missing and so did my father. She told us that it was «missing during the initial inspection before taken in to servicing.» My father and I do not recall being present durning this so called inspection. Also another thing to note was that while the man who was helping us when we first got there, and choosing the type of services to be done to my truck. Both of us saw the mechanic take the tire specs from the front driver side tire. We where both there and saw that my center cap was there or we would have noticed it missing. It has been 2 business days since the email was written and I have not gotten back any reply or phone call.
I am ashamed that I will probably have to take my truck back to this company because there is not many other places to go. I really hope that something this small and dumb doesn’t happen to anyone else because I feel it is only a small step to much bigger and more life endangering problems. All to save a few dollars for the company the employees at this location try to hide there mistakes!
This is why I am giving them 1 star if I could it would be 0 because of the lack of honesty and respect to the costumer, and costumer service. All to save them a few dollars.
If anyone from Lex Brodie is reading this please be accountable. Or give me a good reason to why it is ok to do initial inspections for missing parts or damages without the costumer present. What happen to costumers come first?
Also to everyone else please make sure that you note or take a picture of your car before you bring it into any mechanic to avoid this problem. I learned this lesson the hard way.

Super close to home, friendly and nice staff (the check-​in ladies should have chairs!). And they do the job pretty quickly. I don’t have an appointment for safety inspection, I dropped off and less than one hour later, they called me to pick up. Efficient!

On Sunday, December 23, 2015, we went to Lex Brodie’s on Queen Street to get new tires. Imagine the stress of having to spend over $ 1k right before Christmas. Although my first contact with them over the phone was not so favorable (see prior review), their follow up and in person service was AWESOME. They greeted me by name and apologized for my initial experience on the phone the day before, and proceeded to make me feel better about the customer service of theirs.
Eddie was the guy that helped me that day, and he gathered my information and inputted everything into the system, found out exactly what we wanted and needed, and went the extra mile for us. Eddie called other shops (which we found out unfortunately were closed), and even sent one of his staff to the Pearl City Lex Brodie’s to retrieve parts that we needed for my rims. He kept us informed and was able to get everything that we needed done. He patiently answered our questions, attended to our needs and was definitely a great example of excellent customer service. I felt that he truly cared about our safety and our satisfaction. Our second car needs new tires as well, and we might just be going back to purchase them from Lex Brodie’s!

I recently (12DEC15) had an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment done at your Honolulu location. First I’d like to say that I don’t usually go to the Honolulu store even though I live a few blocks from that location. The first time I went it took over two hours to do an oil change there. I do frequent your Aiea location though because they are fast and they have great attention to detail. As an example when I was replacing my suspension at the Aiea location the noticed my tires were badly damaged on the inside and were quick to bring it to my attention. This not only possibly saved me an auto accident but saved me and my son’s life in a worst case scenario. However my recent trip to the Honolulu location was the exact opposite. Not only did they not inspect my undercarriage knowing I had some concerns that I expressed to them but they completely missed that my intake was loose, not connected to anything and my bracket holding my intake was hanging by one bolt. This was an obvious find. They also placed a sticker in my window stating my next oil change was over 7000 miles from my current mileage. If they can’t catch obvious defect and place stickers with automated mileage correctly I began to wonder what else can they miss. Needless to say I will not be going back to that location ever again. I’ll drive the extra 15 miles to have my car done right or simply take my business elsewhere. I have the 2.5 year alignment warranty under this company so I’m stuck there but I’ll go to Aiea from now on. I am worried that another customer might not be as lucky as me and have a serious incident due to a half ass inspection.
Thank you Mr. Williams but it’s ok, I’ll just go to the other store. I simply don’t have these issues there and they aren’t afraid to go the extra mile and check items that are not normally checked. Have a merry Christmas and a happy New Year to you and your staff.

I had a slight tear in the sidewall of my tire. I figured I’d mend the situation before it got any worse. Plus, I had the day off so it all worked out. I referenced Unilocal like I do with everything and found that this particular location of Alex Brodie’s was well received amongst my peers and neighbors. Since it’s just down the road from where I live it was convenient. I created an account online and set an appointment for 12:30pm on a Monday.
Unfortunately, my experience was not similar to the majority who have written reviews. There were somethings on my end I could’ve mitigated and others I can’t completely put on the workers. But some things were just too ridiculous.
First, I was missing one of the wheel locks for my car. I assumed it was all good to go when I bought my car. Bad assumption on my part and it caused a delay in the service. Somehow my account information was jumbled so they had my name under a different number and couldn’t get a hold of me. I went out for lunch and came back at the time specified only to find out I needed the wheel lock. I had no problem making my way to Acura to purchase a new one to bring back. I head to Acura and I’m back in 20 minutes. It’s now 2:30pm and everything is in place for my tire to get changed out. My dad and I hang out in the lobby for an hour and a half and they’re still working on my car. No problem, I live down the street so I’ll just hang at home in the meantime. So, I have them update my account information with the right number and asked they give me a call when complete.
I didn’t get a call until 5pm that my car was ready. I’m not really sweating any of the process until I get home and notice in my trunk that a special knife that was given to me as a college graduation/​officer commissioning gift from a high school mentor of mine was missing. I was worried some of my other equipment was missing too but luckily it wasn’t. But the knife was a significant item to me and it was stolen. Then I take a look at the new tire and notice while it was a Michelin tire like the others and the proper fit it wasn’t the exact one as the others which was said to be in stock and I agreed to purchasing the exact same tire.
One nice thing was that I was able to get 15% off with my Unilocal check in which came in handy. The wheel lock missing was on me but I quickly mitigated that. Yes, I should’ve done a thorough check prior to driving off. But it was such a long process that I just wanted to get my car and continue on with my day off. It just took way too long for something that I usually knock out quickly even on a walk in at other businesses. And the fact that something was stolen from me makes me lose trust in the business. I hardly ever write bad reviews. I think this is my first one. I try to give places a second chance. But for a place of service like this where you’re spending hundreds of dollars for tires and repairs I’ll have to forego any future business. I will give 2 stars because somethings weren’t completely in there hands.

Lex Brodie’s — had 4 tires/​tyres replaced a few months ago. All good — service was decent –then got a flat, no worries — went to put on the spare — find out they lost a regular bolt to my wheel so switched it with a completely different size, now can’t take flat tire off.
Go to the LB shop, ask for manager — tell him and he shrugs his shoulders and says must be because they lost your nut and replaced it with a different size.
No sorry, no hey let me make it right, I asked if he could get me another as a replacement, explained my inconvenience. He replies ‘I have no idea, maybe I can call NAPA’ — wtf!
I drive for Über/​Lyft and this put me out a few days work. I was stoked on their service before but this puts a bad taste in my mouth. Anyway, its being fixed for free and all four tyres rotated for free which was included with my original purchase anyway so nothing special there.
Ultimately — check your car before you leave and make sure the wheels are 100% before you drive away.

We noticed that the safety check on one of our vehicles was about to expire at the end of this month so we made a beeline to Lex Brodie’s Tire, Brake and Service Company. We didn’t have an appointment and expected to have to leave our vehicle for several hours. As usual, this place was hopping and there were several service attendants going about helping customers ahead of us.
They took our contact information as we checked in our vehicle and told them that we were here to get a safety inspection for 2016. The associate informed us that there would be a wait of at least an hour and a half to two hours. No problem. we had business to take care of in downtown Honolulu which is just a few blocks away.
As we were walking about town, we received a phone call that our vehicle was ready for pick up! It had only been an hour that passed. Luckily, we had completed our business transactions and returned to pick up our vehicle.
We’ve always gotten friendly, fast, efficient and honest services from Lex Brodie’s (in Honolulu and Aiea). We wouldn’t hesitate bringing our vehicle back for future safety checks or tires or other services.

The mixed reviews of this place initially had me worried. So, I called ahead during my lunch break to see if they could squeeze me in after work to patch a hole/​screw I had in my tire. I spoke with a girl on the phone who ensured that as long as I came in when I said i would (4:45pm), it will get done the same day even though I don’t have an appointment.
After work, I get to my car and drive off. Only to find that my tire pressure light was on. Sure enough, the same tire I inflated to 40 psi this morning has become flat again at about 10 psi. Luckily, I planned ahead and had an air compressor in my trunk. Pumped it back up to 40 psi and went on my merry way only to show up about 3 minutes late.
Got greeted as I made my way to the big «entrance» sign and had an account set up really quickly. Gave them the keys then headed over to the customer lounge where I watched the 4^th quarter of the Ravens vs. Cardinals (great, close game). I could tell a lot of the people in that room were waiting there for a long time as they seemed to be pretty anxious, walking around. One guy even had to charge his phone. Heck, I think his laptop died too. This other couple was ensured that their car was «almost done,» but they were still in that waiting room by the time I left.
Because this place works on a first come, first served basis, I had to wait about an hour and a half for my tire to get patched. I assume it would’ve been much faster if I went with my original plan to just bring in the tire itself, off the car, but I didn’t want to go through the trouble.
I DID get to use the Unilocal check-​in offer which basically brought the patching down to a very competitive, «tax-​free» price just under $ 20. My car just finished up right after I paid.
Other than the crowd of weird people who come here (I ran into a fob Chinese couple asking for help as I got to my car), I liked my experience. Would I come here for anything else other than patching my tire? Probably not. They are unbelievably busy and it’s probably in your best interest to go shopping or something while you wait for your car because there is absolutely no way they will finish a normal job before you fall asleep. Though, my situation was pretty desperate and they were more than willing to help me out, all with a smile on their faces. Really cool crew working here. 5 stars!

This is my second time at Lex Brodie’s. My first time I had a pretty good experience. Yes, it was still on the pricey side because I needed new tires before they could approve my safety check but at least the mechanic was helpful to go through everything with me.
This time however, I not only had a bad experience, but now I have an added costly expense that I have to take care of. All to redeem a free mini inspection and oil change.
My bad experience started off when it took awhile for the service lady to process me. I understand it’s busy there but it seemed that everyone had an attitude like «I’ll get to you when I get to you». I didn’t have an issue redeeming my free mini inspection and oil change and that was good. My car got done in a fair amount of time. I picked my car up after work. Same situation with the service lady as when I dropped off my vehicle. Only this time, she seemed confused that I still had a balance for my service. We got it all sorted out and she had me sign the receipt. (Now normally at one of their competitors, the one who serviced my car or the service lady would let me know exactly what was done to my car and give me any recommendations. This did not happen today. Just sign and go.)
So I left and went back to work with my car. My service light was off and everything seemed to be running smoothly. Or so I thought. After work, I tried to start up my car and nothing. No click, no lights, NOTHING. Turns out that my car battery on the positive side had corroded and the acid burned through my cable. Lucky for me, the company mechanic was able to install a new terminal lug for me. Unlucky for me, I now have to go buy a new battery and possibly replace the cable.
Also unlucky for me, on my «receipt», it was recommended that my battery be cleaned due to corrosion. I was in a rush to get back to work so I didn’t see this until the damage was done.
Thanks a lot guys. I know I technically didn’t pay for anything out of pocket for my services today but I shouldn’t be punished for using a coupon!

LEX, I’m a fan and you deserve 5 stars based on your well trained staff but there’s a problem; your prices are just a bit more than other places would charge. Twenty bucks more than Jiffy Lube for an oil change isn’t cool. I printed out the coupon from
for the ‘Fixed Forever Brakes’ and saved a few bucks there. Check in on Unilocal for 15% OFF any services (not combinable with coupons) or use the coupon if it’s more.
NOTE: If you’re getting your brakes done you DON’T have to have your Rotors replaced unless they are really thin (have the mechanic show you). Don’t feel pressure to replace them as the ‘Fixed Forever Brakes’ package includes resurfacing (making them smooth again).
TIP: Make an appointment as they are super busy. Catch a movie, get a massage, eat in Kakaako as you wait for your car.
