Lily Lotus

I can’t say enough great things about Lily Lotus … and I LOVE the fact that there is a store in Kaimuki, It’s a perfect location for such a fun store!
The clothes are unique, stylish and beyond comfortable, they are for every day life (can’t say that for most fashion lines) These clothes are not just for yoga (although I wear them there too!) They are for EVERYTHING!
The store has new and interesting merchandise weekly, and I love that it’s not mainstream! From clothing to jewelry … you will always find something amazing for yourself or a friend.
The staff is really friendly and helpful, and sometimes I go in, just to chat and browse …
Next time you are in Kaimuki, don’t go past this store without going in!!!

I love coming to Lily Lotus and checking out their new arrivals. I especially love their gift section since I’m always shopping for birthdays and holidays. The sales associate put me on a request list last time for new arrivals on a few vendors I really liked! They also have 1 hour free parking on Center St which is super convenient. Most of all, I think the staff are very helpful and friendly :)

I passed Lily Lotus Waialae on my daily walk to yoga class at Silent Dance. I stopped in seeing yoga mats from their window. I was packing for a very long trip. I wanted to take 2 yoga mats but that would be 8 lbs per mat (considering airline restrictions of 50 lbs), I was very interested in lighter easy to pack mats. I was happy to find 2 EKO travel yoga mats each weighing 4 Lbs at Lily Lotus.
I purchased the 2 mats and then walked to my yoga class that I have been attending for 10 plus years within 5 minute walk of Lily Lotus. I opened the mat to use in class.
It would NOT grip the floor making it dangerously slippery which made me topple onto other students. When trying to do downward dog it would stretch causing me to topple. One student was so mad she threw the mat at the wall and got me one from the class storage to use for the rest of class.
After class I walked back to Lily Lotus to return the unsafe yoga mats I purchased 1 ½ hour before class and the owner told me that she just sells the mat she didn’t make them. She told me to contact EKO. EKO said to go back to the owner as the owner could stand by her customer. (she could have called EKO for me. She could have written off the loss in the interest of customer service and gaining a good business reputation).
Well the owner of LILY LOTUS said the mat was used and would not take the 2 $ 45 mats back. I argued that I just spent nearly $ 100 on merchandise she sold me that was not useful or safe. The other mat was not used I just took off the plastic covering.
CUSTOMERS BEWARE. IF YOU BUY LILY LOTUS merchandise she IS LAUGHING ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK.

There’s no way this store should have anything less than 5 stars. I’ve been wanting to come here for a while because the outside is so inviting. I was greeted immediately by the sweet sales associate and me and her talked to entire time. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even helped me out by showing me a similar item I liked that was on the sale rack. (Score!)
The fabrics and jewelry are adorable and I make jewelry so I usually don’t get too excited when I look because i can make it at home but their selection is very unique and beautiful. not the typical shell and coral combo. I assumed it was going to be mostly yoga clothes hence the name but I was surprised to find they also carry casual comfy basics for everyday wear as well. If you are a yogi you will be delighted by the array of brands and styles they offer. I’ll be back.

I was really excited to see Lily Lotus open shop in my neighborhood, and finally had the chance to stop in this afternoon. Someone had given me a comfy, very cute top from there as a gift, so I was looking forward to checking the store out for myself. Unfortunately, while their inventory is lovely, their customer service was non-​existent. I stepped into the shop and two women stopped their conversation and gave me that up-​and-​down eye scan (you know the one). I think they might’ve said, «hi,» but I’m not sure. Immediately after that, one woman disappeared into the back and the other went over to the register where she remained during the entirety of my visit. She never once looked up. No one asked me if I needed anything or if I had any questions. And I was the only customer in the store.
I don’t expect to be waited on, but they could’ve at least said something to me. It felt uncomfortable shopping there, which made the store itself seem rather unapproachable. I did have a question about their bamboo material, but figured it wasn’t worth asking so I left. As I was leaving, I had to tell the employee goodbye.
I had just come from a massage, so I wasn’t dressed to the nines. Should that matter? I might return someday but am pretty turned off by today’s experience.

epic fail for the employees. NO ONE greeted me as I walked in the door. where’s the customer service??? at least 4 or 5 people (not sure who’s the employees) were standing in the middle of the store talking. not a SINGLE employee greeted me. no one even bothered to ask if I needed assistance.
how are you supposed to make any money if you don’t greet your customers or ask if they need help??? SMH
if I do go in there again I expect at least someone to greet me

What a refreshing site to see Lily Lotus beautiful pink colors brightening up Kaimuki Town. Lily Lotus newest store just unveiled their grand opening with some cool discounts. They have 20% and 30% Sale Racks and all of Oahu’s Lily Lotus locations are offering 30% off in celebration of this Grand Opening.
The clothes are so cute and the quality of the fabrics are noticeably higher end, hence the higher pricing. The store size is similar to the Kailua store. So far, some passerby walkers are stopping in to check out the yoga clothes and accessories. The energy here is fun, especially looking at all the cool fashionable clothes! I really dig this boutique store!
