Income Tax Consulting, Preparation and Planning:

Our tax consulting services include the preparation of all personal and business income tax returns. This includes partnership, corporation, S-​corporation, and limited liability company returns.

In addition to federal returns, we prepare all required state tax returns, as well as multi-​state returns for those clients, such as entertainment individuals, who work in several states during the year or move to a new state.

History

Established in 1983.

After having a CPA firm in California since October 1, 1983, Michael Yuda moved to Hawaii full-​time in April of 2008.

After graduating California State University Northridge as an accounting major, Michael began his extensive tax background working for the Internal Revenue Service as a Revenue Agent. With a desire to branch out on his own, on October 1, 1983 Michael J. Yuda, CPA, An Accountancy Corporation was formed. Michael’s firm served large, medium and small business and personal clients who wanted to partner with a CPA that not only had the necessary technical experience and expertise, but also provided personal, reliable, professional and trustworthy service.

Michael is licensed as a CPA in both Hawaii and California, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Hawaii Society of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Michael is married to Misa, and loves his life in Hawaii.
