One of the worst waxing experiences I had. Didn’t try their nail services. This post is just about the waxing. Didn’t wait long. But when the «aesthetician» was ready she wanted to seat me in a chair facing the wall, in the main room! I told her I wanted underarm and leg wax and she said «yeah have seat. And I was just appalled. She wanted to wax my underarms in front of everyone getting their nails done? I wanted to just leave so I took a step back and said «oh you know it’s.» And then she said «ok I can take you to the room.» I was thinking, you had a room all along, why didn’t you just take me there in the first place?
So we go to the room upstairs, looks like they haven’t let customers up there in awhile. The room looked like a break room with a microwave sink and some snacks. But they had the typical table you lay on so at least there’s that. She brought the wax upstairs with her and put wax on the first area to wax my underarm and then she looked around and left… she forgot the wax strips! She came back and finished the wax. But she didn’t wax it properly. She didn’t hold the skin taut and she didn’t rip the strip off as close to the skin as possible, she ripped it upwards. Makes makes it unnecessarily more painful, especially on a sensitive area like the underarm. She did do a clean job, but it was one of the most roughest waxes I ever got.
After she finished the underarm I didn’t want to stay around for the leg wax so i said I’ll just pay for the first wax and leave.

No speeky englishy. AC broken, sweaty inside, front doors open with flying insects buzzing around. Rude staff. You know those side looks. All around just a dirty place I will never go back to. If you want to get a bacterial infection from dirty tools, or fungus go for it.

This was the most disappointing pedi I have ever gotten I ask for a walk in and was told to sign in asked the price she said 28 I said okay that’s a fair price she told me to sit down in the chair and when I put my feet in the water it was ice cold and they don’t even put anything in the water like most other salons it also had a trash bag lining in it was kinda odd so she proceeded to cut my nails which she did a good job at that but when it came to cleaning the bottom of my feet it was hardly better then when I walked in and the scrub she used wasn’t great or the way she massaged it In then when she started trying to massage my feet she was punching the the middle of my feet like wtf do you even know what your doing really and at the end like most salons they will ask if you want the clear coat wasn’t even offered that overall this place sucked and it was hot felt like the ac wasn’t even on I will never go here again and recommend that no body else does either

I love doing my nails and I have heard good things about this place but my experience was awful. I had a lady who did my acrylic gel nails and at first it was going good, she was friendly, but that is until she used this tool that acted like a smoother to smooth down the nail after applying the acrylics. She went at it so rough and close to my cuticle on my pinky nail that it cut me and i started to BLEED. She tried to hide it from me that I was bleeding and she went over it again and it made a DEEPER CUT AND IT STARTED TO BLEED EVEN MORE. IT WAS VERY PAINFUL and all she said was «oh so sorry, you have thin skin.» That is not acceptable! I have gone to MANY nail salons and NEVER got a cut. Then on my other pinky she cut that one too! UNBELIEVABLE! It started to bleed as well. I was sitting there literally IN PAIN. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. I had to go home and clean it since it even got SWOLLEN and it started to fizz up meaning it was dirty from their tools! I got my nails done on Thursday and right now, Saturday, it still hurts and I have red scabs on both my pinkies. She didn’t even offer like a discount or anything, honestly I didn’t pay $ 50 to get bleeding swollen cuts on my cuticles. BAD SERVICE.

We were told to come at 945am. It’s 10:06am and no body is here. Totally disappointed and a horrible first impression. We’re leaving and now can’t find another place that is available. What a wasted morning. Bye Felicia! !!

I was looking for a place that was near alamoana to do my nails & everywhere I went was out of my budget. I wanted a reasonable price and this place amazed me and plus it’s clean too, I just wanted a basic pedicure which was only $ 23 that’s cheaper than other places and It wasn’t that busy… the lady did my pedicure and she was good also the foot scrub is what I really needed after walking around so much… I’m so satisfied

Decided to come here because of how wonderful the Nail Tek in Mililani is. When I walked in it was very clean and I was greated promptly. So I figured it would be fine. I just had my nails done with gel two days ago and it has already chipped. I also have never been charged to remove gel nail polish so that was a shock. I was charged for a manicure when I didn’t ask for one, just wanted it painted. And I told them over and over. The only reason I give two stars is for the fact that they were clean.

They did a good job today on my fill today… First time and i am definitely returning!

Went to the Ward Farmer’s Market and noticed this place and decided to get a pedicure. I walked in as soon as they opened on Saturday morning. I liked the fact that they line the foot tubs with plastic bags for each use and they didn’t push me for nail art or other upgrades while I’m getting my service. The guy did a great job on my feet. I will definitely return.

After having a disappointment after disappointment from nail salons, my co worker suggested I try this place. So I finally did. I walked right in and there was an opening. So I told them I wanted a pedicure. I asked if they could do an American manicure. Yes, they could. As I walked into this place I noticed how white and clean it was. I sat on the chair and noticed that there was a plastic bag covering the foot tub. I was impressed.
In front of the pedicure chairs was a 50 inch flat screen tv. The chair itself was to die for. Of course it was a massage chair and not one of those vibrating only chairs. This chair actually massages your back. I was in heaven. Right before my nails were going to get painted, I got a MASSAGE… yes you heard it right. A foot massage for ten minutes. This massage comes with the pedicure, with no extra charge. I can’t begin to explain to you how relaxed I was.
I asked the nail technician how much a full set of acrylic nails were and she looked at my nails and said, don’t get acrylic. Your nails are healthy. She told me to get gel. I explained to her that I already have gel and she said… when your nails grow out call and make an appointment and I’ll do a fill for your nails. So needless to say, that’s what i’m planning on doing.
They even do keiki mani/​pedis. They are very friendly. I am def going back there again.

Walked into this place at 10:10 with my fiancé to get pedicures for both of us and a gel nail manicure for me.
We were greeted and assisted immediately without an appointment. Lucky for us as only two technicians were staffed and we were first to arrive.
