Apparently they are SOOOOO busy they can barely take your phone call and they aren’t accepting any new customers. All I needed was a small service job in a condo unit — probably no more than 2 – 3 hour tops, one time only. The local gal on the phone all she could do was say no, no, no. Why does a company like this even bother to post its phone number or publicize itself if it doesn’t want/can’t handle anymore business? Kinda worthless.

This is the only company that we have used for the past 4 years and when I called today with an emergency, they told me that they had other priorities and would not be able to come out until August. I am switching companies for sure. Oh, and did I mention that it is for a preschool… I feel like that could be a priority.

Great place! Friendly and knowledgeable staff and technicians. With 24-​hours service available you can always rely on getting the help that you need. I needed my split units serviced for my warehouse office. I contacted them maybe 8 years ago because they were one of the few companies that have been around for more than 50 years and I heard solid reviews from other businesses. I called in and to my surprise, though I expected a recording system I got a live and cheery person. Which made me relieved as I hate pushing buttons that leads me to wrong places. Back on topic, the dispatcher was very helpful, asked me questions to get a quick profile and ensured me an estimator/​sales would be contacting me. I remember, that I called in the morning around 8AM and received a call back around 8:30AM, I know it was a quick turnaround. I then had an estimator in my office by 11AM doing a walk-​thru. By the end of the day I had my quote to do a 1-​time service and a quote to possibly consider a Maintenance Agreement for however many years I want. With the extra effort put in by the efficient estimator I chose to try out a 1 year bi-​monthly Service Maintenance. The pricing was great and they tried to send me the same technician each time to ensure continuity and establish a rapport. If there were any problems I could call 24 hours a day and get a live person, they have a call service after hours with on-​call technicians who respond quickly! All in all, I commend the service they provided to my warehouse/​office for the 4 years I was renting that location.
