They need to understand when to toss the old food and make a new batch. some of the food was soggy, and just looked disgusting, like it had been out there for a while. Walnut Shrimp would be all soggy, the batter half off, just gross, the string bean chicken was so old and gross… goodness it’s not that difficult to make… the orange chicken has way too much breading around the chicken and too deeply fried, can’t even chew it. disgusting… not coming back for sure. Also I’ve seen someone on here mention a young unpleasant girl at drive thru, yes I have experienced that negative unpleasant service at drive thru.

Drive-Thru experience only: I live in the area and come here semi-regularly. I do enjoy their options such as the steamed ginger fish, mushroom chicken, and of course the orange chicken and beef broccoli. HOWEVER, compared to other locations the food quality and foot proportions are irregular. I ordered the steamed fish and it was DRY(I understand that maybe it was sitting there for awhile but for you guys to actually serve that and put it on my plate says you care more about the $ 1.50 upcharge I paid rather than the output quality of your food.) boo. The price has gone up to $ 1.50 for the special foods, it’s been like that for a little while now, but I noticed the girl no loner gives us a heads up. If at all possible, I try to go to other locations because they really are stingy on their food portions. Oh. And I noticed that at this location, their plating is MESSY. Often times the sauce from something is all over my other foods(fish finger sauce on my orange chicken? Ew). Other locations drain out the sauce so it’s never mixing.

Make sure to check your take out order. I ordered 3 cream cheese ragoon s, I had to throw away 2 orders of refried ragoon s.

Well, just went to the Drive-thru Panda Express at McCully in Honolulu. Went there for a kind of late dinner for an orange chicken, white rice and chicken string bean plate, chicken string beans I was craving the most. Everything went fine till I went home to open my plate and found that there was everything but the big gapping hole where the chicken string beans were. So very disappointed. It was getting late, I was too tired to drive back across town to show these peeps to show them the error and by the time I’d get there they’d be closed. Sucks! The cup of my medium fruit punch also had a leak in the bottom. I understand that these people were busy and in their last hour and just wanted to rush through the rush, but I payed for those chicken string beans and craved them bad. Guess I learned to ask them to check before I accept the plate and drive off. Happy we at least have a drive-thru Panda Express though. Would like to see more.

By far the worst Panda Express restaurant. I usually go through the drive thru, and 4 of 5 times my order was WRONG! I got into the habit of stopping on the side with my crying baby and opening all the plates to check order. Again, 4 out of 5 times it was wrong. Today, dined in. Ordered fried rice, the lady put steamed and I told her, «no, FRIED rice» and she said«yeah, STEAMED rice.» Grr. Finally corrected. My son’s fruit punch was watery so I went and told the lady the syrup was out. She said she could get me a refill of good fruit punch. She went and refilled it from another soda machine which is fed from the same syrup. Again, watery. Finally, they went and changed the syrup. How many drive-thru customers went home with watery fruit punch? Finally fixed. The Dr Pepper was also out, I told them. They said, «oh yeah, Dr Pepper broken.» No sign posted, but whatever, kill fight.

This is my favorite Panda Express in the island. The girls are always welcoming and smiling. I love the service and the food. No complains. Keep up the good work guys. Aloha

My wife and I come here a lot. The lady that works the drive thru knows us now. For what you paid for you get a great deal and they make it fresh and fast. I just hope they bring back the Chinese spare ribs.

This might sound strange coming from someone who’s part Chinese but… Panda Express is my favorite place to eat Chinese food. One of the main reasons is that all of the locations that I’ve ever been to are consistently clean and I love that I can see them cooking my food. As a child my Mom and Grandma dragged me to the dirtiest and the most divey Chinese restaurants in Chinatown. I didn’t care that they claimed that was the best Chinese food anywhere, the small hole in the restaurants scared me! It didn’t help that I noticed that I looked different than everyone in there, I must have looked like a picky little white kid. Sorry I got off topic… Panda Express is consistent with quality, taste and cleanliness! That deserves 5 stars in my book!

Okay, I know a 5 star review for a fast food restaurant is kind of weird, but hear me out. I gave this place 5 stars mainly because of my server, Kenny. He is the manager and his customer service exceeds all expectations. He seems to truly love his job and it clearly shows with every customer. He gives me enough food(the only thing that makes me happy), and he knows how to deal with customers. Now moving on to the food. I highly recommend the ginger fish, it tastes like any normal Chinese restaurant’s fish. Everything else is okay, but the fried rice was a bit over cooked. I would be willing to give a 4.5 star review, but there are no fractional points so I went with 5. Service: 6⁄5 Food: 4⁄5 Cleanliness: 5⁄5

I really enjoy this Panda Express(especially, if you like fast Americanized Asian style food), because since it’s a busy place the food is fresh and hot! Every time I pass by it smells just lovely. It’s a bit pricey, but good if you can afford it. The staff can be pretty friendly, but some of them can be a bit snarky at the same time too. And they seem to constantly forget things. My partner had to go to them 3 times, because they kept forgetting to give him things. Overall, really like this location. Especially, if you want to go through drive thru! :)

Panda Express, a place for lots of childhood memories. They may not have had the whole kids playground or anything. However, as I go down memory lane, I remember my aunts and uncles exposing me to my first with another Panda location back home in San Diego. In turn, Panda will always have a special place in my heart. A companion had brought me here several times. Their food haven’t disappointed, not once. The place is clean, the ladies that work here are not too shabby(maybe hit or miss sometimes). Seats are aplenty with the options of high top tables, booths and tables for four. For anyone experiencing their first to a Panda Express, it’s a simple and fast food restaurant chain. Simply order either a rice/noodle/fried rice bowl with one item, or two or three for a selective cost. The mains do vary by location and what’s available. My favorites are Ginger Fish(the fish is soft), Broccoli Beef and Beijing beef has also become one of my favorites. If I’m feeling more on the sweet side, I’ll maybe sometimes go for the Orange Chicken. Other options on the sides for extra cost are egg rolls, potstickers and soup. Be aware that some specialty items may cost extra as well. Overall I enjoy this place as my quick go to Chinese fix. They have their own private lot, however, there isn’t a whole lot of parking spaces. Should you not feel like going inside, this location has drive thru.

Very disappointed at this particular Pandas location. On several occasions they have either gotten my order wrong, or forgotten to put food in my plate altogether while they made us wait for our food. Tonight was the final straw. We went through the drive-thru and ended up having to wait for our food because certain entrees weren’t ready. That’s totally understandable since it was dinner time. However, what is not understandable is forgetting to put in food that you weren’t even waiting for to begin with. Wouldn’t you double check that everything is in the plate? Especially because it’s a take out order, AND you made the customer wait?!! Normally don’t like to complain, but this has happened one too many times for me to let it go. We did get a refund, and the manager was willing to let us take the food too, but we just lost our appetite and felt extremely disappointed

Things I like about this Panda… drive through, restaurant is clean, staff is friendly, food is hot. Things that could be better… sometimes the wait is long when they run out of items, product is not consistent… see photo. You want a little fish with your ginger?

Very poor experience at this Panda. Decided to go in the drive thru and with only 1 car in front, it seemed like the fastest option. Turned out, the car in front ordered 5 plates and it was far slower than any in-person order I have had at Panda, even with long lines. My poor rating isn’t because of the slow pace of the drive thru. However, Panda should have a system to have large orders wait on the side and let the rest of the line proceed. It ended up taking 15MINUTES to get to the cashier. Then to top that off, the girl tells us they are out of chow fun(probably going to the aforementioned 5 plates) and if we want to wait 15 minutes for the next batch. Straight face, no apology or expression of empathy. I decided to give the store the benefit of the doubt and walked into the restaurant to share this experience with the manager. Her response was that she was busy in the front and couldn’t watch the window cashier. She did apologize, but I was speechless with her response. Why are you giving a costumer an excuse as to why a mistake was made? Crap happens. I was there to hear that as the manager she takes responsibility for the unreasonable wait time, lack of customer service and she is sorry. Plus, she made no attempt to «make it up». I don’t need freebies, but in the social world we live in, the last thing you want to do as a business is let an angry customer walk out with a «sorry, that’s just how it is here» attitude. ESPECIALLY if they took the time to park from the drive thru and walk into the store. So, the least I can do is to share my experience with all of you.

Not all Panda Express are created equal! This one has a drive-thru! Truth be told, I have only used the drive-thru once so far though. Every other visit has been to dine in. The strange thing was that the parking lot was overflowing with cars, but the restaurant was less than half full. I wonder where everyone went? They weren’t inside. I stopped by again tonight to enjoy some slick Chinese food and got greeted by a few employees. The one closest to me asked me if I wanted a sample. I said, «sure, okay.» She then proceeded to walk away. She wasn’t coming back. I was left dumbfounded and I decided to look at what was available with their already made food in individual pans. The next employee asked me if I wanted a sample. I was hesitant because I was already asked this with no sample to show for it. She busted out a toothpick like a weapon ready to stab some food, and asked me which one? Yes! Success! I asked for the Sweet Chicken Breast. It wasn’t my cup of tea so I proceeded to order some other things. A portion of chow fun, string bean chicken breast, mushroom chicken, and beef broccoli completed my order. I had one of those survey things that is found on the back of every receipt filled out so I got my third item free! Ahh the joy of saving a buck! Service was relatively good. The employees seemed semi-happy to be working there. They were efficient and even gave my nephew a fortune cookie, which made him happy. Parking was unavailable in their lot so I had to park a block away.

I’ve never had a negative experience at a Panda Express until I visited this location. The girl who fulfilled my order was not very friendly or enthusiastic. She didn’t offer me a sample of anything, and she forgot to give me a fortune cookie(which I did not discover until I got home). Some of the pans were empty or close to empty, including the chicken w/string beans, which is what I wanted. So I had to wait 5+ minutes for them to make it. Portions at this location are not as generous as at other locations. If this was my first ever experience at any Panda Express, this review would be a lot different. But having experienced Panda Express many many times before, I know what it’s supposed to be like, and this ain’t it.

Ok so I am Chinese. Panda Express is one of my guilty pleasures. Usually its orange chicken and kung pao chicken… ROAARRRR!!! Maybe it was our timing but our food was hot(temperature wise) — almost too hot to eat right away. Good to know it was fresh. I received a good sized portion. This location was very clean and well kept. No issues. A staff member even came by while we were eating and asked how we were doing. This Panda Express has a drive through which I have never used. I liked the nice big parking stalls for my truck. The parking lot was on the small side but it makes very efficient use of space.

I was very impressed with the service at this specific location. I used the drive through, and they were so fast with everything that I don’t think my car even came to a full stop! Even with how quickly I get the food, they still remembered napkins, chopsticks, sauce. One of my 1st jobs ever was as a food presenter at McDonald’s and from that viewpoint I was very impressed.

Drove thru yesterday on my lunch break. I ordered a two entrée plate, fried rice with honey walnut shrimp & orange chicken. The worker was nice & service was quick. I got back to work & sat down to enjoy my food only to find that my fried rice was bland, the shrimp was chewy & the chicken was hard. I added some shoyu to the rice to help & forced myself to eat enough of it with the shrimp so my stomach could stop growling. Thankfully my fortune cookie was still yummy. My coworker took my leftovers & even he complained that it sucked but finished it off anyway. Hopefully this was just one bad batch of food. The location & drive thru option is SO convenient! I’ll give it one more chance another time & see what happens.
