Had an awesome experience with Phoenix Cleaning Systems LLC! They had great communication, called me the day before to confirm my appointment, and the day of, just before they came to my residence. I believe I was in contact with Brook, the owner of the company. Really nice guy. He took the time to explain what he was going to do, and made recommendations based on my needs. He also showed me a picture of the product he was going to use on my carpet and explained what it was for. He had excellent customer service, and arrived on time. Thank you so much! I HIGHLY recommend this company!!!

Our old tenant actually used this company several years ago when he moved out and just left the magnet on the fridge.
We liked the work done so we just kept referring the company out to tenants when they’d move out. Fast forward, to last month when we moved out of our old place and needed carpet cleaning, we called up Phoenix and Brook, the owner, still remembered our property.
Brook, is very efficient, professional and his prices are really good. Where 3 other companies quoted me $ 217 — $ 135, Brook gave me $ 105 if you pay cash, $ 110 if you use check or charge.
He offered us 2 different types of carpet cleaning: Chemical or Steam. He will tell you what kind of candidate your rugs are for those types of cleaning and suggest the best one that will get it the cleanest. He also cleaned our area rug and hallway runners for free!
I will definitlely use Phoenix Cleaning Systems again.

Brook did an AMAZING job today! I was in need of a carpet cleaning for a reasonable price, and an appointment as soon as possible. I called around all Saturday and decided on Phoenix Cleaning Systems since it was about $ 100 for my 1-​bedroom apartment (bedroom, living room/​dining room combo) and he could come the next day.
Brook showed up a few minutes early (perfect) and he checked out the damage. There were some heavy black stains, which he said was caused when the carpet is wet and the grime from the road and cars come in. He was able to get everything spotless, and did not charge me extra for the stains, like other companies do.
During the cleaning, I decided to stay and asked him a bunch of random questions about carpet cleaning and upholstery, which he was knowledgeable about and happy to discuss.
He was detail-​oriented (sucked up the gecko droppings in the edges and went back to treat stains) and respectful. My neighbor came by and asked him to look at her carpet too. I think he found another customer!
