Quorum Properties has been one of the best property management companies I’ve dealt with thus far. The property manager, Alan is very kind and easy to get a hold of. He always addresses necessary repairs or any other concerns promptly!

Here’s the low down. This property management company expects a lot from there renters with little return. My family and I have lived in one of there locations for exactly a year. In the last 5 months of our lease agreement multiple attempts to communicate repairs like leaky toilets, broken closet doors, and electrical outlets needed to be tended to. After all this non-​communication, the next time we do here from them it’s to inform us our rent will be going up and we have 7 days to decide what to do. Totally disregarding a 45 day heads up and almost disregarding the repairs and lack of communication. Furthermore, before contracting with this company assure you understand the deposit and exiting procedure of you property. Our location was left in prestine condition and still was charged a cleaning fee, that they contract with, of $ 250.00. In total, the company held over 700.00 $ of our deposit for us leaving the place in better condition it was left to us in. If your deposit doesn’t matter to you disregard this last comment, however take it into consideration.
