Royal Hawaiian Limousine

We had a great experience with this limo service.
We had them pick us up from the airport.
They were on time.
The driver was friendly and drove us safely to our hotel in Waikiki.
They also did our return trip back to the airport.
All went really well!
The stretch limo was the nicest we have experienced thus far out of all of our trips to Oahu.
This is now my number 1 first call limo service for trips to Oahu!

Ok they get 2 stars because of their prompt email response (S), but, their prices? Astronomical! All we wanted was a simple R/​T from Honolulu Airport to Waikiki… the quote? $ 362.50! Now, while getting a nice Lincoln Town Car & a driver is a plush plus on a vacation, we went with Jay’s Limo and got an SUV R/​T with a sign at baggage & flower lei’s for HALF that. A taxi each way is about $ 50 (including tip) so Royal Limo charging 3−½ times the taxi rate is a tad exorbitant.

do not ever ever ever do business with this company. do not ever work for this company (unless of course you never want to get paid) the owner will make countless excuses to not pay you on time. shit management, horrible customer service and ridiculous prices. save yourself the stress and money and book with another company. the owner is a joke and he doesn’t respect americans or local people! «royal hawaiian» my ass! murad shaker you are a disgrace to the human race. if you hate americans so much why the hell are you here?! go back to your own damn country! we do not want you here!

First off I would like to say that Royal Hawaiian Limo service is one of the best on the island. Before calling Royal Hawaiian Limo I made a reservation with another limo company. When I called the other limo company they were really rude and told me that I didn’t make a reservation! At this point, I’m frustrated because of the lack of customer service over the phone. After getting off the phone, I started to look for other limo company’s.
The first thing that popped up was Royal Hawaiian Limo! I did my research about what kind services they do. I called and immediately the person over the phone helped me and gave me a quote on how much it would cost for one way and round trip. I immediately reserved their newest addition which is the doors that go up!!! The guy also told me about what would happen if I cancelled. He made everything every clear and doubled checked everything.
On the day of event (prom) I got a called conforming my pick up and the time. Once again the person over the phone was very nice. The limo arrived ON TIME, I couldn’t of been more happier. Since I reserved the limo myself many parents were so shocked that the limo I got was so NICE! I can honestly tell you that many people looked at our ride in amazement! They We had to wait for a couple which our driver Joy was more then willing too wait. The limo inside was AMAZING, everything was clean and had that new car smell! When first meeting our driver Joy, their was something about her that made our entire group feel so comfortable. She made sure that we had fun! I couldn’t of asked for a better limo driver, she just connected with us and we didn’t have to be awkward with her. Upon arrival to our destination, she thanked us for choosing Royal Hawaiian Limo. My friends and I loved her so much that we needed a picture with her. I highly recommend ROYAL HAWAIIAN LIMO, and ask for Joy to be your limo driver!

By the way, that’s not one star you see up there, that’s a five pointed turd.
Steer clear of this limo service if you don’t want to be swindled. I made the mistake of making a limo reservation over the phone and then subsequently emailed them the next day to cancel. It was at that time I was informed about their super-​secret 15% cancellation charge. I say super-​secret because its apparently only known to Tom the Sales Manager and I was not informed when I made the initial reservation. After trying to reason with Tom, it became apparent he was digging in his heels because cancellation policies are a money maker for these guys. Do the math… 15% of $ 305 is a pretty good haul for not doing anything. So now my only recourse has been to contact VISA and contest the charge.
Bottom line, this is one shady operation and I recommend SpeediShuttle which is what I used and there weren’t any super-​secret charges, just good reliable service without the headache.

Royal Hawaiian Limousine is a great company with excellent customer service! I have used this company a number of times for airport transportation. The company will email a confirmation of your itinerary and make sure everything is lined up for you transportation or tour. I use the company for airport rides. They send a chauffeur that comes right to your house in a luxury town car or van and loads up your luggage and offers a stress free drive to the airport. Upon our return the chauffeur waits for you right outside baggage claim. They call you to let you know where they will be waiting for you. The drivers are always on time, if not early, and have no problem waiting a few extra minutes for you. As we all know it is hard to get out of town or returning depending on flight arrival time. All the drivers are delightful and knowledgeable about the island! I will continue to use this company for all my destination travels on the island!

Very nice limo MKT, however, ours had a damaged door. Their service is great, very prompt and professional. I would give them 5 stars if their MKT didn’t have big door damage on it. Otherwise, I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend! We just finished an island tour with these guys and they did a great job. The chauffeur was very knowledgeable of the island. The car we were in was newer and lots of room very comfortable a great way to see the island of Oahu and let someone else do the driving for you. We will be back thank you and Mahalo with much Aloha.

The Unilocalers got me a little worried about chartering this company. But they were the only one on the island with a customized Mercedes Spirit. John our driver was prompt, friendly and professional.

The worst. Driver was one hour late. Stated the company had only one vehicle that could enter the airport. I nearly missed my flight back to the mainland.
