Ruth’s Juice serves organic, made to order juices and smoothies at farmers markets on Oahu. We are currently at the Kaka’ako Farmers Market from 8am-​noon on Saturdays. We aim to provide patrons with a healthy, nutrient-​packed drink to cure what ails them and keep them healthy, in a natural way. Out juices and smoothies are primarily vegetable with fruit, herbs and spices for flavor and added health benefits. We use only organic ingredients. Many of the ingredients are local. We want to help people achieve and maintain healthful, balanced lifestyles. We currently offer three different drinks in smoothie or juice options and a green shot. But the menu is always evolving as we try new ideas and certain produce goes in and out of season.

–Mellow Cucumber: Refresh your body with this cooling, hydrating drink.

–Purple Sting: This juice has the color and health benefits of red cabbage and a surprising flavor kick from cinnamon and ginger.

–Herby Hancock Shot: Get a quick blast of nutrients with this 2oz shot of leafy greens and herbs.

History

Established in 2014.

Ruth’s Juice opened in May 2014. It was born out of desire for a juice bar that was 100% organic. Since then we have been serving organic juices and smoothies to customers at the Kaka’ako Farmers Market and hope to expand to other markets soon.
