We specialize in assisting people to downsize, declutter, organize and move. Initially, we started this company to help seniors move from their home to a retirement community. As we grew our business, we noticed that non-seniors also needed help to just declutter their homes.
Now we can help anyone of any age to declutter their home and get organized, as well as help make a move to a new home.
History
Established in 2010.
Our company was created by Dan & Julie Ihara, who are realtors. They noticed that many of their senior clients needed help to clear out their homes during the sale of the home. Dan found the national organization, NASMM (National Association of Senior Move Managers) and that is where our company started.
Meet the Manager
Cynthia A.
Manager
Cynthia Arnold is the Vice President of Senior Move Managers and De-Clutter Hawaii. These companies help clients to de-clutter and downsize their homes to either move or age in place. Cynthia has a wealth of knowledge in this area and has helped to grow this company dramatically over the last 5 years. Prior to working with Senior Move Managers, she was the Marketing and Fundraising Manager with the American Diabetes Association as well as a Catering Manager with Ala Moana Hotel. For the last 16 years, Cynthia has coached tennis at St. Andrew’s Priory and Sacred Hearts Academy. Through these experiences, Cynthia has gained valuable skills that she currently uses today, including problem solving, organizing people and events, patience and providing excellent customer service.
