This agency is the best agency that I had the opportunity of working with while I was on Oahu. If I was back ever to move back to Hawaii, I will work with them again. They are hard working, very knowledgable, and are always there for their customers and for anybody that has been with them before. Whether you are with them or not, they are ALWAYS there for you.

I initially purchased auto insurance with Ms. Toguchi-​Hadley and was very impressed with her professionalism and that of her entire office. I’ve been with State Farm since I have purchased my first vehicle. It is also a great relief that there has been a headquarters within walking distance. Shelli and the rest of her team, Kim, Laarnie, and even Chris at one point are very adequate and capable of full-​filling your insurance needs. They have been very excellent in assisting me over the years and have also been very helpful in finding ways to help me get cheaper rates with excellent coverage. Each time I walk in, I also experience a genuine care and personal environment so that it is not always «business as usual.» Although payments over the phone are available, I prefer to walk in to make a payment.
Parking is abundant as well as shaded and the location is not hard to find. If you live in the Salt Lake/​Aiea area look up Shelli from State Farm!

Shelli and her staff are so warm and friendly from the moment u walk in the door. Kim was a big help to me and my sister, by getting us a lower rate for our cars and home insurance. Anytime I have a question or concern, Kim was always so helpful in explaining things to me. I have got nothing but great service from them.

I transferred my insurance here cause first insurance of hawaii sucked badly and geico was really expensive! $ 170 a month? Kidding me! But then State Farm gave me a reasonable quote.
So far so good I had no complaint although I don’t like the online thing cause I got locked out but other than that it’s a 5 star for me!

Just came from this place and… Wow. The other reviewers aren’t kidding, this place is Awesome! Shelli, Chris, and Kim are genuinely kind people who will take care of you.
I was early for my appointment with Kim, but The moment I walked in, Chris took me instead because she was still taking care of other clients. He offered a drink because it was such a hot day. While he was filling out all the necessary paperwork, the other clients’ kid wanted to play with Chris LOL he acknowledged the little boy in a very kind way & told him that he would play after he took care of me first. This showed me that this place was a very family-​oriented environment.
I was looking for a type of insurance that would cover my business property assets. I went to a couple agencies beforehand, but what the others quoted me was so ridiculous compared to what Shelli and her team offered me! It really covered everything I needed & was searching for at a very reasonable price :)

I called Shelli’s agency a few days ago to receive a quote for business insurance. I was greeted by Chris with excellent customer service and treated with a lot of respect. They even gave me the quote within a few hours! The rate was lower than previous quotes I had received and I was also given different options for payment so I was extremely pleased.
This morning I quickly secured insurance over the phone and when Chris found out I was going to be in the neighborhood that day, he told me to stop by the agency to say hi. So I did. :-)
Shelli, Kim, and Chris welcomed me into the office and I felt very comfortable there. I remember laughing a lot and having a great time. They even gave me a bunch of mangoes and other fruit before I left. In case you didn’t pick up on it, I recommend this agency ;-)

I’ve received first class, priority, A-​1 treatment when I needed account information and a quote in a hurry on two occasions! And…
Would you believe I was actually on the phone (hands free, I swear!) with Shelli, when my car was hit! Shelli was witness to some colorful language on my part, but with her professional training, and verbal judo, she successfully talked me down from beefing with the other guy! Like a good neighbor, State Farm is [ALREADY] there!!!

On a scale from one to ten, spin the dial to eleven and break off the knob — this operation ranks just north of AWESOME. I could not have asked for a better agent. She made the experience of selecting insurance for home, car and life pleasant, personal and delightfully simple. Her team is responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Having recently left Hawaii and been forced to work with a different agent, I am constantly reminded of just how awesome Shelli and her team are. I wish I could give this fifty stars. Most honest agent in the business. She is not in this business to just sell you policies and make money. She really wants what is best for her clients even if that’s means not purchasing from her. The office is also very friendly and welcoming. I never leave feeling «sold». Shelli and her staff are more than just insurance agents, they truly are like family to my wife and I.
