Slurp started because of a dream that our Vino executive Chef Keith Endo had for a pop up Ramen lunch restaurant. Keith’s dream is to make a superior quality lunch that was fast and could serve and help sustain Hawaii’s local community. Keith sat down one day with DK and explained his dream and thus Slurp was born.
Mission: To give our guests a quick, delicious, filling meal using authentic Japanese Ramen techniques, fresh local ingredients fused with Hawaiian flavors, and an emphasis on Aloha service.
Vision: To be the lead standard for Ramen restaurants using local first.
History
Established in 2014.
Slurp is a new concept from Chefs Keith Endo of Vino and Restauranteur DK Kodama. Slurp is a pop up inside of Vino serving both traditional as well as contemporary ramen concepts. With a unique noodle made by Sun Noodle just for Slurp, we are sure you will enjoy these tasty ramens. In addition to our ramens, we also have additional items like a tasty pork bum and Yakitori. Open for lunch, Monday through Friday.
