Updating my review. Since Erik has left, this place has circled the drain. Difficulty getting someone to respond to my issue, which has been made worse with a botched repair. Their repair people came out to fix a tube in my spa and when they left, left a mess and upon closer inspection, appears to have busted up the fiberglass holding the insulation and wiring in the tub. I hate writing negative reviews, but felt it necessary under the circumstances. I cannot recommend the current owner/​management, so you may want to check out their competitor before buying.

Great shop! Very well curated and the owner, Sandy is very informative. Super convenient location right off Nimitz Hwy– if you’re looking for a high-​quality hydrotherapy spa, Sundance Spas are the way to go.
