This coffee bean has pretty good coffee. I like the everything bagel. I also like the fact that the birds help clean up by eating the crumbs… pretty natural system they got going over here.

Pretty nice place. Expensive but the coffee is not anything spectacular. I would say it is as expensive as Starbucks. But I prefer the Starbucks coffee over this.

We came to visit the food pantry and ended up stopping here and not even seeing the rest. This place is like the Starbucks of Hawaii but a little more colorful with the choices. They even have a different take on ice cream. We had the lava flow and it was awesome! The ice cream bites were also pretty good.

First time trying Coffee Bean!!! This location is inside the Food Pantry on the corner of Walina St. And Kuhio Avenue. It was pretty good. Much more flavor and sweetness compared to Starbucks, but still expensive. Putting in our order was easy. I liked their flavors. *THUMBSUP* However I don’t think I’d make a habit since I can make Vietnamese Iced Coffee at home. Lol. Maybe just once in a while and because it’s across the street from my parking space in Waikiki.

I have to rate them 5 stars because of the excellant service! I stop by for a iced americano as i go on my walks and i am very surprised at how the staff treats customers! I didnt get the manager’s name but I think the attention to customers come from him! The drinks are excellant, but what surprised me was how after a few visits they remembered my name! Not just for me but I noticed for othet regulars! Before you start thinking this is the only reason I rated them so high, you may be right! It is so amazing to find staff that actually seem to want to serve customers! Nowdays, we accept when staff make no eye contact, or no greeting or acknowledge you. My biggest pet peeve is when they turn their backs to you ! Agggrrr! Anyway, i want to acknowledge businesses that seem to like their customers!

Need a great espresso and a hot bowl of rolled oats? How about a coffee and a red velvet doughnut? Turkey sandwich and an ice tea? This is yummy caffeine and a lil something to ease that hunger pain. No fancy names. Just a quick stop. Great price and very clean. Forget those fancy restaurants and fancy prices for eggs and bacon. Oh yeah. It’s right in the food pantry where you can save more money with fresh fruits and veggies

These are the reasons I like this Coffee Bean more than other Coffee Beans. It’s in a Food Pantry. Yay. It’s next to Hi Steaks. Yay. They have Bubbie’s Mochi Ice Cream, and if you buy in packs of 3 or 6, they are cheaper. Yay. There is no Starbucks nearby, anymore. Meh.

The coffee bean never seems to disappoint, and this one isn’t an exception. Like the rest of the coffee beans I’ve been to on the island and California the staff is ALWAYS friendly and so polite. I love that they remember my name in almost every Coffee Bean I go to haha. And let’s not forget their yummy drinks, the iced caramel latte(extra caramel) is my ultimate favorite, and the iced caramel frappé is too. Love, Love, Love the Coffee Bean

This is probably my go place for coffee whenever I’m in Waikiki. Not only the service is great, the way they prepare their coffee and especially their iced mocha is amazing! Addicting to the point where I wouldn’t mind walking or driving 6 blocks just to get my caffeine craving satisfied.

This coffee bean was just around the corner from my vacation home for a month… you’d think that would be awesomely convenient, right? You’d think wrong. My girlfriend and I like to head to coffee bean before starting our days adventure for our usual Strawberries & Cream Tea. We quickly learned that if we wanted a decent drink we needed to go to any other coffee bean. I suspect that being smack dab in the middle of Waikiki and it possibly being busier than other locations is cause for a lot of errors & a high turn over rate. We were rarely served by the same staff and on several occasion our drinks were not edible. Only once did we actually complain. Instead we opted for taking time out of our busy days to go to any other location on our way to that particular days destination. Also being that this location is in Waikiki the prices are slightly higher. No thanks.

This coffee bean and tea leaf is even smaller than the market city location. They have free WiFi but no wall outlets. There is also no restroom. Although they are really close to the food pantry which makes it a prime location to go grocery shopping after having a quick cup of coffee while not surfing the internet on your smart phone. 3 stars in my book for this limited seating coffee establishment!

Received a frequent drinker punch card here, but it is not redeemable in Cali :(Wish my Coffee Bean offered this! Really convenient hours and much better than the muck served by Seattle’s Best…(If that’s your best, then it doesn’t say a lot about Seattle) =P

We were greeted by Andrew. I don’t even know how to describe Andrew’s demeanor but I will try. He was upbeat and welcoming, he was friendly and funny, most of all he was genuine. Most of the time I visit a coffee shop I leave feeling better because I get coffee but I left your shop feeling like the day was going to be amazing. I sincerely hope someone would forward this or convey the message to Andrew. He will probably remember my wife as the one who thought she was getting ice cream with her coffee while he thought she was trying to order a mix of coffee and tea. Thank you so very much Andrew. You really did start our day off perfectly. We had got in late the night before and were tired when we hit The Coffee Bean that morning. You uplifted us and transferred some of that positive energy to us! We are grateful. Coffee was good too! Thank you, Paul and Ana

The CBTL Iced Blended is far superior to Starbucks Frapuccino. When I was in the west, I refused to even set foot in a Starbucks. Please, CBTL, come to the East!

To get a sampling of the coffee offered by the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, I stopped into the Food Pantry on Kuhio Avenue. While I scanned the menu, I found the closest latte that is similar to Starbucks caramel macchiato is the caramel latte. The prices here are slightly higher as it could be because they have only two sizes available, regular and large. I decided to order this drink in their smallest size for $ 4.89. Took my first sip of this creamy rich latte and I could not point my finger on the unique taste. It sure tastes different than a caramel macchiato. Even though it was not what I had expected, it was okay. This is a coffee flavor that I would have to get use to. But for now I will stand by Starbucks. I also tried their iced tea lemonade made with Earl Gray brewed tea and sweetened lemonade. Found it difficult to detect the ice tea flavor as the lemonade was overwhelmingly too sweet. Although it was a refreshing sweetened drink, I will not order this drink again. The cup was filled to the top with ice so in reality I was paying for a drink that is only about half the cup. I was not getting my money’s worth here.

This is a great little corner in the Food Pantry. I am sick of Starbucks, and wish they had this chain in New York. This chain is pretty good, with a good selection of coffee everyday. They usually have a new blend to try fresh every day. Free wifi makes this place easy to chill out at, especially when you are vacationing with no internet, and you’d like to look a few things up. The seating is quite limited, but most times of the day(Not the morning) it is easy to find a seat. I, of course, love all sorts of places with drink cards, and this is no exception.

Small little hole in the wall in the Hyatt Regency Hotel right next across the street of my job Billabong. Like reaaaalllly small, no parking around there so I guess if you’re just renting a hotel room or around that area you’d prolly pop in here. They give employee discount to the people that work in the Hyatt Regency Hotel so if you just tell them that then they give like 24% discount. Hmmm…I like that they sell mochi ice-cream and some sorts of sandwhich/finger foods besides just coffee. I don’t drink coffee, so I wouldn’t know hella alot on it. But yup!:)
