At the Treasure Chest Coin Company, we specialize in Hawaiian designed coins and the islands finest Hawaiian Heirloom jewelry with nautical and marine themes, as well as antiques and treasures from the sea. We have designed interesting jewelry using Hawaii’s first money, coins that the early explorers brought with them, as well as the engraved silver and gold jewelry known as «Hawaiian Heirloom Jewelry». We also have modern medallions that we design and mint with beautiful Hawaiian images struck in pure gold and silver. Let local jewelry designer Jason Park create a special piece for you to commemorate your trip to the Islands, he has moved his gallery of high quality, custom, Hawaiian Heirloom Jewelry and colored stone and diamond designs into our store, we also carry jewelry designed by local artist Denny Wong.

History

Established in 2015.

This new Hawaiian location has some very deep roots. We have owned and operated the Alaska Mint in Anchorage, Alaska for 25 years. We love designing coins and jewelry that reflects the natural beauty that surrounds us. Over the years, we have built a network of miners that we purchase rare and wonderful pieces of natural gold from that we offer both in it’s raw form as well as made into unique pieces of jewelry. Numismatics are in our blood, over the years we have specialized in many aspects of the coin collecting field. Currently we are specializing in coins from both «shipwreck’ and «land finds.» collecting Spanish, Greek and Roman coins that date back over 2000 years! That along with items from our many jewelry artist friends, and we have put together a most interesting store for you to browse.

Growing up in the «family business», I have enjoyed helping visitors to our areas for almost 50 years! (I started when I was about five years old) now our two sons and daughter help alongside my wife and I to share the wonderful places that we get to call home.
