This lunch wagon pulls up at our job site across from the Blaisedell box office and always has an amazingly diverse and tasty menu. I haven’t tried many of their dishes but have really enjoyed their fish and chicken dishes. The salmon is always cooked to perfection and I’m pretty picky about my salmon being over or under cooked. I get all tossed and the dressing is my guilty pleasure. They have such a good homemade dressing which they are very generous with… so you gotta ask for less or on the side if you worry about that kind of thing. A lot of times I just get the salad and they only charge me $ 3 for it – one of the best deals in town. Also the food is always the right temperature which can be problematic for food trucks. If you find yourself on ward at lunchtime give Tsukenjos a try and tell me how their other dishes taste.
