VIckie has been our property manager for our rental for over 4 years and she has been professional and on top of things such as finding new tenants, issues and keeping us informed of any changes. Like any professional relationship there were communication issues which were quickly remedied and that’s where the 5 stars come in. She is quick to respond back and or listen. Another great trait is that she is selective in chosing tenants and always provides reasons why.
Having been an agent in past myself, I can tell you she is very good!

Quite surprised by the other review! Vickie was amazing when she was our property manager! She was always on top of things when something broke or needed to be fixed. Without a doubt the best property manager I’ve had living in Hawaii! Even when we moved out of the house she initially found for us, she gave us a list of «move out» cleaning teams she recommended, and all were fantastic! She without a doubt lives up to her saying that «no one will work harder»!

AVOID at all cost! Vickie is all smiles and warmth until you sign your lease… she and her team are the WORST in follow through I’ve ever experienced! Obviously they don’t adhere to Hawaii State Guidelines as it pertains to the rights of tenants. We can hardly count down the days fast enough to finish our lease and move into a better home with a lease manager that knows how to take care of their clients!
