History

Established in 1952.

Wilfred and Charlotte Young onpend the business in 1951 in a small shop on Liliha Street and primarily sold fresh fish. Their son Alan Young and daughter Barbara Connelly took over the store in 1979. Now Young’s is owned soley by Alan Young after his sister passed away, and is now grooming his son Daniel Young to take over the business. Young’s is now located in the City Sqaure Shopping Center in Kapalama, and now is best known for its Hawaiian and Chinese foods.
