Yanicke really did an awesome job on my friend’s wedding! I came across the company from browsing online. She really makes a theme come to life!
My friend wanted it to feel super Luxurious yet laid back too. We as the guests definitely felt comfortable yet treated during the event.
The caterer came at a deal, and that is the kind of catering I want at my event. Quality food and really nice people and good customer service. Everyone complimented the chicken and the short ribs. Was a really nice touch with a quiet evening of talking and live ukulele and singing by the beach. The reception was one that made us all feel a certain peace, and I think it helps people believe this was a lasting union of real love.
The bride was so happy later when we all talked about it. She said she felt «dazzled» by the experience and didn’t expect it to be so perfect. She was able to be careless and enjoy herself while Yanicke made everything in order. I really appreciate you making my friend’s wedding so memorable!

I wanted to get married in on Fantasy Island and my closest to that was Hawaii. I found Zenju Weddings and decided to give them a try. First there was a phone consultation. I really didn’t know what to expect because I’m such a control freak, but Yanike (don’t know if I spelled that right) made me feel comfortable and guided the entire conversation and asked questions about things I didn’t even think about. I liked her energy, ideas, and the ease in which we connected. She always checked in with me to make sure that my vision was still the same and did a freakin’ amazing job! Nervous as all get down but she proved that she could do the job at every turn. With her super creative eye for detail and design, she delivered 110%!!! Thank you!

My best friend and her fiancé wanted a destination wedding in Oahu, Hawaii. She wanted an estate beach wedding. I was her maid of honor and had no idea how to help her. I looked on Wedding Wire and Zenju Weddings came highly recommended. Once I contacted the coordinator Yanicke. She listened to my friend’s vision for an hour over the phone. Told us what to watch out for. Made us aware of things we would never think of. After hiring her, she hosted a long line of her preferred vendors which made my friend’s wedding perfect. She was blunt and funny but still maintained her professionalism. Her creativity over exceeds her. She brought for my friend’s vision to a reality. We had an amazing time and most of all my friend and her fiancé was truly happy with their North Shore wedding. One thing I learned trust your coordinator and they will do an awesome job! Yanicke is amazing and so is staff… Thanks so much for making my best friend dreams come true.

I recently had my wedding and I can’t believe I had even considered not hiring a Day– of coordinator! I am so glad I changed my mind with a few months to go and hired Yanicke and her team! The day was a whirlwind and so many factors come into play, including wrangling vendors and even family, that I could not have possibly done myself. Yanicke was fun and professional, efficiently managed vendors and did a great job making sure everything was set up on time for the reception, even though our ceremony took a little longer than we had anticipated. Yanicke planned my friend’s destination wedding and was fabulous. She coordinated every detail and went above and beyond. She has great connections with local vendor and got my friend awesome deals on flowers etc. very worthwhile to enlist the help of a local when planning a destination wedding!

Had a wonderful experience using Yanicke @ Zenju Weddings & Events to setup an insurance conference for associates & I at a hotel on Waikiki beach. She listened careful and patiently to all of my ideas and helped transform all of my vision into a reality beyond my expectations, thanks to her recommendations, connections, and professionalism. She recommended great caterers and handled getting decorations, entertainment, and much more. She made the entire process incredibly easy for me. Associates complimented me on the great event I threw, but little did they know my secret! Zenju! Throwing an event in Hawaii, I thought, would be a difficult undertaking but Yanicke made the process fun and simple for me. Instead of having to stress out about whether everything was coordinated properly, I was able to sit back, relax, and enjoy the event knowing Zenju had it all taken care of for me! Would definitely use again, and recommend to anyone needing assistance throwing an event in Hawaii.

I was a bridesmaid for one of my best friend recently, and wanted to give a big shout out to the wedding coordinator she hired, Yanicke. This girl and her team busted their butt to make sure my friend had the best wedding experience ever! I think she only purchased the Wedding Day Of service, but got hooked up with suggested vendors, and even a little bit of discounts.
I’ve been a bride, and THE most important thing to have on your ONE special day of YOUR LIFE is someone you can TRUST to make everything great. I can’t express this enough! Forget counting on your friends, family, or wedding party. Everyone coming is looking to have a great time, just like you! It is very important to have an outsider to handle even the tiniest things, like making sure the money box is watched after!
My friend had her wedding at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. It was a small but very important ceremony, because her family was coming from Korea and wanted to be extra special. The ceremony was in one of the smaller suites, and the reception followed in their main ballroom, the Coral Ballroom. The ceremony was intimate and very lovely. The reception/​dancing was very beautifully decorated and we didn’t have to do anything except make sure the bride & groom were having a great time. Everything went as scheduled and the alcohol was always flowing! The DJ played all the songs we asked… including Gangnam Style… and ALL the aunties were boogieing (spelling?) on the dance floor! Oh… and they had Guitar Hero!

Everything the wedding coordinator did was more than what I expected. It was also easy to explain to her what I wanted because she had the true Hawaiian hospitality. The ideas for the whole wedding venue was super creative and I really appreciated all the special touches she added. I would definitely recommend Zenju Weddings!

Last year, my (then) boyfriend and I decided to go to Hawaii to get married. I have been in a relationship for almost 14 years complete with kids and a house! We pretty much did everything backwards. One of my hesitations was the complexity of having a wedding, not knowing who and where to have it, and who should or should not be invited. In the end, it was a wonderful experience.
I met the planner, she was calm, cool, and collected. She had an extensive knowledge of the flowers, settings, location (in North Shore), and was wonderful! She made this experience stress free and I would highly recommend her services to anyone who is looking to have the ‘ideal’ wedding in Hawaii.
Most of all, this meant the world to my children and my husband. I am forever thankful to her… Much love!
