I’ve been with Dr, Zerez for over 10 years now and he’s been nothing but pleasant. His Nurse Nel is also really sweet. I feel like I’m remembered every time I go in. I personally don’t care for the office staff (contracted by Straub/​HPH and I don’t think they have control over who’s there) but they’ve improved over the years.
I feel comfortable enough to ask him questions I have and he always takes the time to make sure he answers every one of them.
I would recommend Dr. Z to everyone but I’m not sure if he’s taking any more new patients. Good doctors get filled really fast. I don’t know what I’m going to do if he ever retires!
