We really liked the jams when we did the tasting. We were told they would ship to the lower 48. Placed order and never received shipment. Called and they said they had problems with shipping and would send order. Never received shipment. I e-mailed them, and never heard back. $ 113 down the drain. Get your jams there, don’t trust the shipping.

Discovered their jams at Captain Cook farmer market… So yummy… too hard to decide which one was my favorite, if not all!

I hate that my first review has to be a negative one but I feel like people really need to know how bad this lady’s customer service is. First off I want to say she has a good product but it’s because of her continued horrible attitude that I am refusing to do business with them again. She makes you feel like she is doing you the service when you go to buy her products, doesn’t return phone calls, always changing her prices… never consistent with what she says, and just basically makes you feel beneath her. The people I really feel sorry for are the tourist that go to the farmers markets and buy from her. Ive witnessed many times how rude she is with them but they don’t know any better. For you locals all I have to say is «typical haole attitude». She’s a disgrace to the Hawaiian name she’s given her company. I want to apologize to anyone who has been mistreated by this person she obviously doesn’t know any better.

Tried out their jams and fruit butters at the waimea farmers markets a few weeks ago while visiting family. Im a pastry chef in California and part Hawaiian and I am so happy to have found a product to use in my pastries. So fresh and tasty, these will definitely be a hit! Edit: just realized I posted this on my husband’s account. Check me out Ash B

While at a farmers market in Waikoloa(Big Island) we stopped by their table and couldn’t stop tasting their scrumptious james and jellies. The owner, Steve, is one of the nicest people ever. We ordered a dozen assorted flavours which just arrived yesterday. Opened the pineapple orange this morning and it tasted as if we were in their kitchen sampling right out of the pot. Fantasic, super fresh. They might have run out of labels since some had their official label, some had a blank one. That actually made it more fun! We will reorder for sure when done enjoying and gifting our first dozen.

These guys are based on the Big Island but have market stalls at all the major farmers markets in Honolulu, which is where I find them. I hereby unilaterally declare their lilikoi butter the best on Oahu. I’ve been trying out different brands for the last six months and Honomu’s beats all the competition. Their other jams and jellies are also very good(and they do a couple of sugar-free varieties if you’re into that). Oh and their market stall takes credit cards, score.
