Food is great but the service sucks… especially on fish fry Friday. My girlfriend and I had shown up at 4pm and there were maybe 4 tables with people. We sat down and ordered the all you can eat fish. Our order arrived very fast and then we sat and waited… even tried to flag the waitress down… to order more. Finally after literally 15 minutes she looks over and I flag her down. 15 minutes later we get our 2nd order and she asks if we want drink refills. 5 minutes later she comes back with my glass. I just sat and watched as tables seated after us got 2nd and 3rd orders of fish while we waited. Mind you this is the 2nd time in a row this has happened and with 2 different members of waitstaff and its 14 bucks a person so when I come for fish id like to eat fish at some point during my visit. Other than the crap service on Friday fish fry… the pizza is meh but the other menu items have been great.

I’m certain this may not happen to all, and I’ll assume the food is passable for a pizzeria, but the level of customer service that I just received needs to be noted. This wasn’t my first rodeo when it comes to ordering delivery. And since the hotel flyer didn’t have but the location, the website and phone number — I gave them a call. Now I am aware that most delivery locations have a minimum. So that was my first question that I asked the young man who answered the phone. It was his first day, he was unaware but after placing my order for Gyro and Fries, and taking my credit card info did he at anytime indicate that this was below the delivery minimum — in fact he simply stated your food will be there in 25 minutes. Well, about 40 minutes later I hear back that there IS a minimum of $ 15. I simply ask in this scenario can you waive it. The young man asks management and I hear in the background — as soon as it hits the $ 15 min we’ll deliver. I ask to be passed to the manager — Steve. I lay out the scenario, I indicate that I understand you do have a minimum and that’s why I asked at the onset — but considering it is about 50 minutes since I ordered, and that I would have gone someplace else, could you oblige this customer and provide him food? And a simple Yes or No will suffice. We’ll he said no, and I said thanks, and now an very dissatisfied hungry potential customer is writing this review.

50’s inspired family friendly restaurant. Friendly wait staff. Surprised to find a good pizza buffet with the option to add soup and salad bar. This small restaurant had four soup options! Pizza was good, not great, but they had a variety of choices including a Hawaiian and meat lovers. Kids meals were served in a 50s paper car and a great value with a free scoop of ice cream included.

This negative review is primarily for the service although the food wasn’t great either I the first time we went to this restaurant we just stood there and it was extremely packed are very few seats open we stood there for 10 to 15 minutes waiting for somebody to tell us what to do should we just sit down I should should we wait to be seated nobody seemed to know even though I I made several attempts to talk to people they walked right past me a couple this with her was lots of noise because it was so packed and there was actual argument be going I’ll be going on between one lady I am the server after about 15 minutes we just felt so terrible inside from atmosphere in this restaurant we walked out we couldn’t take it anymore I bought a month later we went back and tried again it was less busy this night credit maybe to the fact Thursday is the only night during the week that they don’t do the pizza buffet but we figure out what the hell will check it out I I’ve on the service to be extremely unfriendly for the one from the server who sauce while she was carrying a giant ladder on telling us to just sit wherever we like we still would’ve known the two people who work through anything behind the counter just stood there and more on our waitress seemed wasn’t terrible I think it is the other waitresses but she was old and she seem tired and just look cheap movie too long and you know just not not happy :-) reach you all are not the worst but not an angry face not either butmy girlfriend does think the waitresses wonderful though so maybe that’s a difference of opinion I we order the pizza and the service took longer than I would’ve liked and we ate a pizza and while I enjoyed it while I was eating it and dumped it is decent middle of the country type pizza or I’m beginning to feel sick I around the ninth or 10th slice and perhaps this was my fault for eating too much pizza I’m not sureThe soda I think also my favorite part though was the class photos from the 40s 50s and 60s of the alter high school which I found very charming other than that though I didn’t find much positive about the restaurant and I wouldn’t recommend coming back as I don’t intend to buy thanks for listening you’ve been great

What a nice breakfast! Great price-points and cute names for their menu items. Everyone at the table(except me) thought the water tasted funny. I’d go back, but it was a vacation for me.

I absolutely love this place. It is wonderful for everyone(and amazing for families!) The buffet is great(wonderfully clean salad buffet with many options). The pizza is great. Their breakfast omelettes are delicious and HUGE! Be prepared to take home your food in a take out box. So many great options.

We stopped while touring the area, it was late and not at all busy. We ordered a pizza, I can say it was okay. It was not pizza I would go out of my way for but it filled our stomachs when we were hungry. One person in our party ordered a cheeseburger, he devoured it; but he is 13 and hadn’t eaten for a while so I cannot say whether is was because it was good or because of the circumstances. The décor was fun and retro but they could have cleaned the floor and some empty tables sat needing to be cleaned the entire time we were there. Overall it was okay. If you are hungry, it does the trick… just not in any outstanding fashion. Oh, and something weird… one person in our party ordered a root-beer float and the waitress put ice in it. Never saw that before.

We ate there for breakfast. Early bird special was between 7AM-9AM. All three of us got this. Food was great! Coffee good, and food cheap. Friendly waitresses. Cute 50’s style diner and music. I definitely recommend this diner if near Honor, MI.

Everything was fantastic. The adults had pizza and bread bites. They were both some of the best we have had. The sauce makes the pizza! The kids had the buffet on kids eat free Sunday so we snuck a bit to eat from there. Fried chicken, BBQ chicken, and mashed potatoes were amazing! We will definitely be back!

Great pizza at a great price! All of the employees were very friendly, and I loved the 50s diner look that the place has going on.

The breakfast buffet was awesome! It was an amazing deal for $ 10! Scrambled eggs with ham and green peppers or plain, eggs benedict(eggs benedict at a buffet in Honor, MI?!), pancakes, waffles, cinnamon raisin french toast, three kinds of breakfast meat(including the thickest buffet bacon we’ve ever had), and biscuits and gravy. To finish we had fresh fruit that included strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, kiwi, and melon. Like I said, an amazing breakfast. The service was very friendly and prompt with coffee refills. This is a must for breakfast!

To the owner: Your Saturday afternoon/evening shift girls rock! So does the pizza, pie, and ice-cream. Thumbs up to the girls working 8÷18÷12 especially, though. From, the people who drove 5 hours for the pie and ice-cream mash-up

Really cute 50’s diner. Food was pretty good. We tried the soups, chocolate cake, french dip, coleslaw, fried pickles(especially awesome), and a few other things. Would go back. The TV does not fit in with the atmosphere though. I really hate that many places now don’t get how a TV can ruin the atmosphere, with the exception of a sports bar. Quit trying to please everyone. People can stay home if they want to watch TV.
