Bojangles

Good morning everybody! This is one my favorite fast food breakfast restaurant spots. I love the ham egg and cheese biscuit here. The customer service and the managers here do a great job in this hoover location. I haven’t brought anyone here that have not had a bad breakfast here yet

Went through the drive thru today. Ordered a couple of combos. Had to pull forward to wait a few extra minutes for someone to bring us our food. The fries were just out of the cooker, which is nice, but the biscuits and chicken were dry, flat, and did really have any kind of cajun flavoring to them. Furthermore, we weren’t brought any napkins. Not an easy drive through Hoover and I-​65 traffic trying to manage traffic with greasy hands.
I’ll visit Bojangles again, but probably not this location.

I have visited this location several times over the past few months and have never had a problem with anything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The inside of the restaurant is always tidy, and smells of fresh Cajun chicken.
In the early morning I opt to go to the drive thru for my chicken biscuit, and depending on the line I am usually in and out in under 2 – 3 minutes. The chicken and biscuits have always been cooked properly and the staff is very fast and polite once you get to the window.
At night time just make sure to keep in mind that if they’re busy you might have to wait on a fresh batch of chicken, especially during football season because of large orders. Their side items are pretty average, but their chicken on the bone and chicken supremes are really tasty with a cajun kick.
Now, I do recall one time I had an issue with a two breast meal I had ordered that was too dry to be eaten, but after a brief talk to the manager my food was replaced with freshly fried chicken as well as the French fries that had got cold while waiting. While I do miss the free sweet tea, it’s worth the extra dollar.
As far as chicken establishments go around the Vestavia and Hoover areas, this Bojangles is my go to restaurant because of the friendly staff, clean family atmosphere, and great location. I highly recommend anyone to stop by for their next Chicken fix.

Went through the Drive-​Thru to pick up breakfast on the way to the office.
When I arrived and proceeded to try and eat it, discovered that was not cooked completely throughout.
In general I like this chain pretty well but it will be a while before I give this location another chance.

Literally the slowest service I have ever endured at a «fast» food restaurant. About 30 minutes from the time we walked in the door until we received our to go order. Same for other customers around us. Don’t go here unless you have a LOT of time to kill.
