Liz’s Diamond Bar & Grille

Went there during the day. Did not look like much from the outside. Very clean inside, very good selection of draft beer. Though I did not eat, a lot of people there were easting and the food looked great.

I almost got HIV from the bathrooms… disgusting. Everything was covered in piss.
The bartender was a bitch.
First rum and coke was ice and soda so I asked for the second to be stronger… no differnce.
Ask a shot the 3^rd time… half shot for full price. But the drunk local next to me gets a full shot…
Townie shit dive bar. I’d rather drink a 40 Oz in the parking lot. At least it wouldn’t be watered down and have a bunch of local drunks talking trash.
Not a single women other than the bartender in the shit hole.
I order a chicken wrap… was mostly lettuce with a peice of chicken… not worth buying at all.
I ate it and then went somewhere else to eat again. I’ve never done that before.
I got the feeling they screw customers who aren’t regulars.
Bad business and worst food.
Fuck this best.

It is a Bar… with that in mind, it’s clean and bright.
Food was made to order. all good as far as I can see. A party of three, so we covered the grill, and fryolator. All three dishes served together… My wife ordered a fish sandwich with fries.
Very good, was her comment. I ordered diomond chix. With fries and mixed veggies. I am a critic, even of my own food. The grilled chicken breast, nicely cooked smothered in bacon and swiss cheese.
I think swiss takes flavor away, I would have gone with cheddar… but overall was very good, I ate everything.
Big thick steak cut fries and the mixed veggie was nicely seasoned and cooked perfectly. our friend had a burger, ordered med well. Was hand packed and cooked perfectly, fries equal perfection. Two dishes came with a homemade pickel. I did not try it but was told good but not alot of flavor. Service was attentive and friendly. Thanks. For an overall great lunch.
I recommend you stop by and give a try. AND I Hear They HAVE LIVE music. Also a great patio for smokers. enjoy

Great local place. The food is surprisingly good & the staff is usually great. If you’re looking for a local beer & a burger with some good local cover bands this is the place! Outdoor area is ok during the summer as long as you don’t mind the smokers.

If you want to see great local band! Have some Fantastic food! And hang with great people Liz’s, is a Diamond in the rough! :-)

Would have liked to try the food, or a drink even. Went in there and waited at a table. And waited and waited and waited. Eventually my wife went up to the bar as another patron said you need to get menus from the bar. And she waited, and waited, and waited, as the «bartenders» were joking around with some people at the far corner of the bar. My wife walked around to that side of the bar and stood over there thinking that might help, well the «bartender» walked by her with her finger up as she walked right by (I guess she meant «one minute») whilst not even looking at her. I saw this and that was enough. We left and will NEVER return. We were there for over half an hour, and were not spoken to by any staff member the entire time.

Liz’s Diamond Bar and Grille is a comfortable, friendly place to eat, drink or see a band. It’s a local hangout for many but I often make the trip down and have got to know some people there. all very friendly.
Liz’s has music on Saturday nights (and some other nights also) and also has trivia nights (I think).
The food is always good. I’d like to see a couple things on the menu but what they serve is worth the money.
The bartenders are friendly and well how should I say this… The drinks are made with love :-)

My wife and I stumbled upon tis place while out for a drive and I’m glad we did. Don’t blink or you’ll miss the access road to get to it. What a surprise we had when we entered the building… a nice big bar, keno, and a meticulously kept dining area. Liz was the bartender and greeted us as if we were regulars making us feel comfortable right from the start. We just had a couple drinks and some appetizers that were your average pub fare (potato skins and boneless buffalo tenders). We’ll be going back to try something more substantial soon.
There were a number of regulars at the bar as well that we’re equally engaging.
The only minor flaw was that the bathrooms were a bit unkept… no big deal but they could probably us a good cleaning.
Our overall experience at Liz’s was great. We will be going back and recommend that you give it a shot as well if you like a casual come as you are atmosphere and good people.

Let me tell you about my lovely experience here:
My friend and I walked in, and wanted to sit outside on their «deck». We asked for two margaritas, we were both carded. Except the bartender decides to tell me that the picture looks nothing like me (mind you I’ve gained a few LBS. and dyed my hair blond… way to make someone feel good) and asks me for another ID… So I hand her my college ID… (which was taken around the same time as my DL/​ID) She says «Do you have a credit card or something with your name on it?»… I simply reply, No, but I do have my health insurance and dental card with me, would you like to see those too? Why dont you give me my ID back and we will go somewhere else where they will serve both of us… Needless to say, she gave me my friggin margarita… And after that we left. NO TIP FOR A-​HOLE BARTENDER!!!
