Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins

I recently stopped to grab some Baskin Robbins pralines and cream ice cream. This is my all time favorite type of ice cream and although it was almost 9:30 p.m. I had to go and get some.
When I arrived at the place, it was about 9:50 PM and the place closes at 10:00 PM. I felt bad about going so late, but I figured that the ice cream was already done so there should not be any preparation time. All I wanted was a scoop of pralines and cream to make my night complete.
When I got in the store, the workers were annoyed that I had come in that late. When I asked to get a scoop of the ice cream, the workers were annoyed and gave me so much attitude that it made me not want to get my favorite treat. I asked the workers if they were still open, they said yes but the tone made me feel like I was intruding.
I ultimately got the scoop of ice cream that I had a craving for, but after the bitter attitude of the workers I couldn’t really enjoy it. I will have to find a new treat to indulge in because I don’t think I will be back for ice cream any time soon.

The interior to this DD is tiny with the customer’s backs right up against the check out line. Kind of crowded and loud even if there aren’t many people. They only had cake donuts when I went, not what I wanted but they were ok. Parking lot is kind of awkward. Skip going inside and just use the drive through.

Got an ice cream cake here, and asked for a birthday message in spanish. It was misspelled at first, but the girls were very nice about making it right.

This DDs is terrible. Breakfast sandwich was disgusting. And the advertised «smoothie» at the conjoined baskin robins was a waaayyyyy too sweet milkshake. And how do you run out of donuts!?! Yeah, this place sucks.

Average place, small and busy in the mornings. Go early so the donuts aren’t stale. The coffee is pretty good but not consistent with adding cream and sugar, depends on who makes it. The chicken salad croissant is good but I asked for it toasted and the girl just heated it up, as in microwaved it. I wish the donuts were like the good old days, when Dunkin Donuts was in it’s prime. Update: went to get a iced Mocha and it was not good at all. As usual, the coffee drinks are inconsistently made. I took a star away because of this. I like the coffee but when it comes to the specialty coffee drinks, they need to get it together.

Run of the mill Dunkin/​Baskin right outside Ft. Lee. It’s nice for a quick trip through the drive through to get that morning coffee but I will warn that it is outside Sisisky Gate which is always backed up during the busy hours.

Stopped here for breakfast while in the RVA area. tried out their turkey sausage/​egg/​cheese muffin. Out of muffins, so we were given Bagel’s instead, which, was a better combination.
Very confused staff in the back. Multiple changes made to orders (which severely decreased the chances of the drive thru customers getting what they had ordered) while we were in line.
Excellent breakfast, in a somewhat charged atmosphere.

Fresh Dunkin Donuts are delicious. I have quickly become a fan. I have quickly become a fan. I have tried the glazed, chocolate, old fashioned, maple cake, and pink sprinkled. They are all great. many are comparable to my local Ming’s donuts, but I have been enjoying my donut splurges here.

We ordered 2 iced coffees & a coolata at the drive-thru…you would’ve thought we had asked for food & drink for 15. Confusion on the part of the woman who took our order was the 1^st strike… it really wasn’t that tough & we do speak english. She disappeared from the speaker & another woman came on after a couple minutes of silence… we repeated the order. For some reason, they couldn’t grasp the medium iced caramel turtle with extra milk & sugar. Finally got the order and that particular drink was turned into a smoothie of sorts with mucho whipped cream on top. Even though it was wrong, we ventured on… the stop cost us more time than we had wanted.

Well, the coffee was ok… the donuts were average but the sausage, egg and cheese croissant was the worst I have ever had! It was awful!!! The tater tots were also very cold. If you live in the area then you are stuck with what you got but I would just stick to the donuts and coffee.

Doughnuts were fantastic but other customer was a little scary…
