Established in 1985.
Begining in 1973 in the Picture Framing business, in 1985 John Cooley, along with his wife Robin started Frame Design Custom Framing in Hopkins, near Tenth Avenue and Mainstreet. In 2010, John and Robin moved Frame Design to 811 Mainstreet, Suite C in Hopkins. This is one and a half blocks East of the old location, now behind the Sharpening Center.

Frame Design Custom Framing was founded in Hopkins, MN. in 1985 by John and Robin Cooley. In 2010 we moved to our new location at 811 Mainstreet, Suite C. in Hopkins. This is on the alley north of Mainstreet, behind the Sharpening Center. Entrance and parking is in back.
In addition to their custom framing business, John and Robin are active in the Hopkins community. Both are active in the Hopkins Business and Civic Association (HBCA), John having served on the Chamber board of directors. Robin has served as President of the board of the Friends of the Hopkins Library. John now serves on the board of the Hopkins Historical Society.
