Dr. Mitchell Kaye performs a wide array of cosmetic surgery services for your specific needs. Our services include Breast Augmentation (Implant) and Breast Lift, Eyelid Lift or Tuck, Facelift, Mini-lifts, Browlift, Forehead lift, Neck Lift, Nose Surgery, Ear Surgery or Otoplasty, Tummy Tuck and various Liposuction procedures including male liposuction.
We also offer a variety of non-surgical options at our Cosmetic Surgery Center including Radiesse®, Botox®, Juvederm®and Sculptra® which are helpful for facial lines and wrinkles. Also avalible is the Obagi® Skincare system.

Dr. Kaye has practiced in Hopkinsville since 1997. He and his staff moved into the practice’s current location in 2002. This facility was designed with the Cosmetic Surgery patient in mind and offers an accredited Operating Suite, privacy for you and your caregiver as well as certified ancillary staff dedicated to the goal of providing excellence in Cosmetic Surgery in a safe and compassionate environment.

Dr. Mitchell D. Kaye’s medical education began at Tufts Medical School in Boston. He then began his residency training at the Massachusetts General Hospital of Harvard University. He completed his Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital and then served as the Assistant Chief of Service during his fellowship year at Hopkins. He has performed thousands of procedures of all types in the highly sensitive and complex part of the body since obtaining his board certification in Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery.
Dr. Mitchell D. Kaye then underwent additional training and testing to obtain his second board certification in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. This is a natural refinement of his skills as a surgeon performing cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Mitchell D. Kaye is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons as well as many national and local medical societies dedicated to fostering excellence in surgery.
