Dr Menna & Associates

This is an unfortunate review because I’ve been a client of Dr. Joe Menna for 31 years. As well as my mother, my step father, my sister, my brother, my daughter and my step sister. I never in a million years thought I would be treated like this there. Over the 31 years I’ve spent 1000’s on my mouth from scaling, to mouth guards to gum graphs. This last year I guess there was confusion with my health insurance and a cleaning wasn’t covered. I was unaware of this until my next cleaning when the woman (not Alicia or Cheryl) rudely informed me. I didn’t have the money to pay right then which she finally accepted after a few moments of me trying to explain I wanted to speak to my ins company about the matter and I would pay if I found it was an error on my part. On my next visit as I was checking out she barked that she needed payment TODAY! So I made a payment and again on my next visit. $ 50 each visit (which is a lot for someone in my financial situation. I’ve since moved to Florida and travel home every couple months, I just sent a request to make an appointment and I was told I cannot book an appointment until the remaining balance is paid, which I was planning to pay when I came in. But since they do not want my business and perhaps not my many family members anymore I will be finding a new dentist ASAP. I’m disappointed that my family dentist who I poured so much money into over the years (back when I had it) doesn’t respect their client of 30+years
