The quoted price was the same as I was quoted for brick veneer but we decided to try the stucco system for its’ longevity. However, the completed job barely resembles the samples we were shown. When we asked why it looked so different from the sample, they said it had effloresced and we then waited months for an acid wash to improve the look. It darkened it up, that is all. They also left gaps between their stucco work and the existing trim in various locations, which I will have to seal myself. They also seem to come when they feel like it, often calling early in the morning only to cancel later!
