We specialize in anything and everything for your windows. Blinds, shades, shutters, custom window treatments, window film, motorization, insulation, custom graphics. Also custom bedding and accessories, re-​upholstery, cushions and pillows.

We offer a free in-​home (or business) design consulation and can help with other areas of design such as paint consultations, materials selection, and furniture selection and placement. We offer a unique design experience where we can take a picture of your existing window and «design» on top of the photo with different options including fabric selections so you can more clearly see what your final treatment will look like.

We work with the trade as well to provide a simple one stop solution for thier clients. Ask about «trade rebates».

History

Established in 2010.

Simply Windows came out of a narrowing of specialties of the Interior Design field. The owner, Kendra Weldon, has a 20 year background in Interior Design working for companies like Boston Interiors, Ethan Allen, Jordan’s Furniture and the Boston Design Center. After starting Weldon Interiors in 2006, and finding that most clients needed help on their windows, Kendra decided to specialize in all window covering products. Therefore expanding her clientelle to other designers, architects, and builders who want to pass off this sometimes detail oriented aspect of the design.

Whether the client is a homeowner or another design professional, Simply Windows takes care of the process of design, sample selection, ordering and installation to provide a beautiful, functional treatment for almost any budget.

Passion for fabrics, color, and design is the reason why I love this business. Helping clients get what they want and at a reasonable price is the «icing on the cake».

Whatever thier needs whether simple or elaborate, inexpensive, or extravagent, I love to make people happy. When the final product is put up and the whole room changes, that is very satisfying. People are sometimes surprised at how inexpensively you can provide a treatment that will give the room a whole new look and functionality.

Today with energy costs rising it is important to think about window coverings and how they can save on our heating and cooling. 75% of energy loss is through the windows, and we can greatly reduce that by using all different kinds of window coverings.
