EricsRx gives the best service around. They take time to add the personal touch. Eric and Ray really take the time to answer all of your questions. Local old school pharmacy. # 1 in my book. Keep it up.

I am typically just a Unilocal reader but Eric’s and in particular Eric has been so helpful, that I must go public with my praise. I have gotten many prescriptions filled at Eric’s including some that Eric delivered personally to me when things were hectic. Recently, my daughter was prescribed a medication that was over $ 200 and my insurance company denied coverage for it. Eric, in his own quiet way, worked with the insurance company to get the drug approved for her. I have also seen him work with others in his shop to find ways to get their medication including directing them to programs that would mean that they would go to other providers. Eric is caring and professional and I highly recommend Eric’s Rx

Thank you to Eric(pharmacist at Eric’s RX) for taking the time to advise and explain my daughter’s condition and how to use the medication properly. To get such personalized service is rare today and very much appreciated. Thank you.

One tries to do everything to support small businesses… and then you meet Eric from Eric’s Rx. I’ve been in his small, neighborhood pharmacy fewer than 10 times. Each and every time, he has had the most sour of attitudes. Recently, I arrived to pick up an Rx left earlier in the week. I guess giving them 4 days to fill it was 4 days too many. I was told they did not have a record of the Rx, and did not recall the Rx ever being dropped off. After being told by Eric that I was wrong about the Rx, he finally found the Rx in a binder under the counter. He said he thought it was there for a «profile» only. Right before I left with the Rx, I took the opportunity to let Eric know directly that he never apologized for his mistake and that his customer service was severely lacking. His response: «If this is the worse mistake I make all day, I’m doing well.» A low bar to hurdle. CVS, here I come…
