History

Established in 2010.

Tarlton Properties, Inc. was established in 2010 by Byron & Melissa Tarlton initally to purchase distressed homes, renovate them to the highest level of quality possible which then offering them for rent. We refer to that as the «Tarlton Transformation». As time went on many people would inquire about the quality of our work so in 2013 we started Tarlton Building Group to service outside clients that wanted to experience the «Tarlton Transformation». The quality of our work is not only second to none, but it’s offered at reasonable pricing.

Husband and wife team, Byron a real estate developer and Melissa a Interior Designer has together developed every property in the Tarlton Properties portfolio along with servicing outside projects for clients including additions, basement renovations, bathroom renovations, kitchen renovations, hardwood flooring, window and door projects and custom transformations.
