I’ve lived under this ‘management’ now for two and a half years. The home I rent could’ve easily been compared to what a crack house may look like in any feature film(or on the news, perhaps). Getting repairs or maintenance is problematic. There appears to be only one maintenance employee and this person has been a yes-man whenever help is needed around the rental. While the employee states emphatically, when called, that help will arrive at a certain time, I have yet to have that help arrive at the time I was told it would arrive. It has been as late as two months after the initial time I was told. I recently was late with a utility bill. For some reason, the business was notified. I paid the bill, however, a day later I received notice that if there is one more late bill, my rent would be raised by $ 75 a month. I see this as foreshadowing; likely looking for an excuse to charge me more for a place that’s arguably already overpriced rental-wise. Be wary. I had the perception that this business was more friendly towards its tenants while the lease(which the landlord refuses to renew) was in effect. Don’t be fooled as I was.
