These guys were awesome. I foolishly buried my truck (GMC 2500 HD) in snow and mud (on my property) and spent several hours trying to dig it out. Had a couple of friends come over and attempted to pull me out with TWO trucks — NO LUCK! Finally decided to call the professionals (which I should’ve done several hours earlier). Phil’s team showed up with one of their winch recovery vehicles; they were able to extract my vehicle within 15 minutes. Best $ 200 I spent all weekend! Just added their number to my phone contacts (hopefully won’t need to call them) but now feel comfort in knowing that Phil’s team is out there and more than capable of getting the job done.

Embarrassingly ran out of gas on the way home from the UP today. Called OnStar and GM roadside service for help. They contacted your business and Dean quickly gave us a call to confirm our location. He quickly arrived with a smile and humor… badly needed at that point. Please again thank Dean for us. He saved the day. Awesome attitude and friendly, funny guy.
