after posting this only a couple days ago I have an update…
This company is all over the place including Yorkville, IL. This appears to be where their accounts receivable office is located. This morning they began their full court press to get my money… the ineptitude in this company runs deep because I paid them last Thursday!
The funny thing is (and I’m not laughing) is that the bumbling salesman, Pete Amenrud, that should’ve been taking care of his customer over a month ago called me finally! Except, it wasn’t to understand his customer or (gasp!) apologize for the fiasco he and his company continue to create… it was to attempt to bully me into paying an invoice I’ve already paid!
Stay tuned… I’m sure it isn’t over.
