If you want the Houma seafood experience, this is the place.
Here’s the breakdown:
Alligator bites 3⁄5 — good sauce.
Stuffed jalapeños 3⁄5 — nice size and good flavor.
Boiled Crawfish 3⁄5 — kinda small and a bit over cooked.
Boiled royal Red shrimp 5⁄5 — big and juicy and loaded with flavor.
Service 4⁄5 — Tobi kept the beer cold and the food coming.

Great place to enjoy southern Cajun food and some good olé boiled seafood. They have an extensive boiled seafood available with many options to choose from wether your ordering from the kitchen or from the Boiling room where the boiling Chef Branson is cooking up some good seafood. Friendly staff and fun atmosphere, always enjoy every trip. And don’t forget to be patient. Great cooking can sometimes take time, but while waiting enjoy a beer and eat some crackers and relax!

This place is cute and service was great. Food started out great, then went downhill. The seafood gumbo with potato salad was pretty darn good (4 stars). My husband enjoyed the fried crab claws and boiled shrimp. I got the grilled red fish and it was so over cooked it tasted like rubber (0 stars). I would recommend sticking to the boiled seafood and gumbo.

As good as Big Al’s…good to have competition, right?! Just as crowded. Service was fast and efficient. Tuna, fried oysters and gumbo were what we ordered. Cooked well, tasty and hot and really good (we’re from LA). Sauce, oh, yeah!

Excellent service! Visiting from FL so wanted some authentic cajun. Currently in season was aoft ahell crab, had that fried and a cup of the seafood gumbo and a cup of the seafood special — yummy! The table also had grilled redfish and a side of onion rings. Perfect night — Enjoy! Cant wait to go back for the crawfish.
