We further our service by thoroughly explaining to you what we did and what simple steps you can take in the future, to maintain your computer, so you can save your money the next time the same problem arises.

And, because we have no overhead, we perform all of our services promptly and at refreshingly affordable, drastically reduced rates from those offered by our competition in Houma/​Terrebonne and adjacent parishes.

We don’t charge astronomical, hourly rates and we don’t use confusing service plans or «levels of protection.» Our service is straightforward and honest:

History

Established in 2010.

Jason Fanguy, the owner of Paradigm Computer Repair Services, has been repairing computers for 16 years; just not publically.

Currently a police officer faced with having to take a medical retirement, Jason needed something to fall back on. So, he went to school, majoring in Computer Science with an emphasis in Software Development. During this time, Jason continued to repair’s Grandma’s computer, friends’ computers, etc. and landed a job as a Senior Writer for 148apps​.com, writing reviews for iPhone applications for one of the top-​ranking iPhone-​app related websites.

Then, Jason’s dad gave him a bit of fatherly advice he’ll never forget: Why don’t you repair computers out of your house? You have all the equipment and you’ve been doing it practically your whole life!

Hence Paradigm PC Repair was born.

When choosing a name for his business, Jason chose the word «Paradigm» for a reason: He wants to change the perception of IT-​related services and help educate consumers.
