I moved in here in October 2015 and have absolutely loved it since day one. I believe the Manager is somewhat new and she is really doing a great job. Friendly team, awesome amenities, fantastic location if you work in Galleria or Greenway, and nice interiors as well. The maintenance team is also pretty quick with any work orders. Bonus — they throw parties for their residents monthly that always have a good turn out.
Definitely recommend moving in here!

I have opted out of my lease after only 4 short months living here. Prior to moving in, I had nothing but a great experience with the office staff, mainly the one person I was working with. Her name was Theresa. She is wonderful and very helpful. That is the reason I ignored the bad reviews and decided to live there.
However, the week after I moved in a new company took over. THEY ARE AWFUL. Shannon, the manager, did help me one time well but the rest of the staff is not helpful at all. The front desk girl just moved to Texas a few weeks ago and doesn’t seemed to be trained at all because when you ask her for something she can never help you. You have to call back, she doesnt even offer to take a message and have someone call back. She doesn’t offer to find something out for you and call back. You just have to keep calling to speak to someone that may be able to help you.
I had several issues with my AC leaking into my bathroom (5 total work orders) for it to get fixed. I was woken up several times in the middle of the night to water leaking on my bathroom floor. When I tried to explain to them what I felt like the issue was after speaking to several people about it, I was told that I am wrong and was given an excuse as you why it kept leaking. It was fnally fixed thank goodness.
Next, my car got broken into. Several cars got broken into one night. There was no remorse from the office staff. They only cared about getting the police report number. There was an email sent out stating that an officer would be on the frounds for the next 24 hours in case they came back the next night, but I never saw one. There is a security guard that rides around the Costco parking lot, not sure if they felt that sufficed. That was my final straw on deciding to move out. When I told Terrance (the guy that handles early lease terminations) why I was leaving he told me that it happens at all apt complexes because it’s Houston. Again, no remorse. I told him that other apt complexes at least have cameras. So after getting my car fixed I have not taken it back to that place. Metro Greenwway is right up the street and is nicer and less expensive. The office staff are helpful.
Next, they dont let you know when you have packages in the office. They don’t make you sign for them and they let you walk into the closet to get a package on your own. Meaning, anyone can take your things. They will never take a package to your apt if you are in a bind and need something but cant make office hours (Metro Greenway does).
Next, the gate to the garge is frequently open for a whole day or night straight.
Next, I hosted a party at the party room. I asked for an extra key fob so we can come in and out to load and unload things. I called on a Monday and was assured that I could pick it up on saturday the day before to get it. When I went on Sat, it was not there and the front desk girl said she could just give me her key fob… what? dont you need it? So some other gentleman walked in that must have been coming from lunch programmed one for me at that time. Would have been fine, but it didnt work. So moral of story, my call on monday to try and be prepared was pointless and I didn’t have an extra fob. Fine, I’ll walk in and out with everyone, everytime. I know this may seem small, but on top of everything else it was magnified in my eyes.
So please read the reviews and take it as you will, but my experience was not good and I wouldn’t want anyone else to be this frustrated as well. I have lost a lot of money because of this poor property.
The only good thing I will say is the actual unit (separate of the AC) is nice. I wish thie units were at a different complex.

I was a resident for a year in this property. When I first moved in they had a different management and it was an awesome place. If you had aaaany problem, they would do the best to solve it, now (august 2015) it is terrible. The garage smells like trash can (or even worse), there are rats living there for more than 5 months now, the management gives a shit for your problems. They areworried about changing the exterior looking in order to get more residents, but once you move in they don’t care. Pool has been busy as hell with «uneducated» people. Garage gate for inumerous time doesn’t work…
I’m not used to make reviews, but Im so disappointed with this apartment complex that I felt almost like an obligation to let you guys aware of what to expect.
Ow I was almost forgetting: lately lots of crime has happened. Broke into apartment, broke into cars… Not cool

We have been living at 3333 since March. We love this location. Close to central Market, Costco, Movie Theater and several good restaurants.
They recently changed their management. Very attentive and they organize weekend activities.
So far we love this place.

We walked into the leasing office and the office lady had a look on her face like «what do you want?» Talk about customer service. We walked out. Thanks but no thanks!

Beware before you move in here what you are getting into. Every month we had an issue with management of this property. First came move in day. The codes they gave us to the gates were wrong, the key fobs didn’t work, and then the keys to the actual apartment when we got in did not work either. All of this was on a Sunday AM, so my movers sat here for over 2 hours waiting for an employee to show up to correct all these issues. We picked all our information up the day before, so you would have thought they would have checked this.
Maintenance requests throughout our time there were ignored completely. I would submit them through the system as the office staff requested — nothing major, usually small things, although major issues were handled any quicker. Then they would sit there for 3 – 4 weeks before I called the office numerous times to complain at which point someone would come to fix the issue within a week.
We also had issues with valet trash. We consistently put our trash out within the stated times, as everyone else on our hall. We came home one day to find a pile of pictures on our door of our trash and $ 50 fines per picture. When I called to ask why, management informed me I’d been putting my trash out too early, which was not the case. When management wouldn’t budge, I politely mentioned to them that before they started fining me, they should consider the current issues of:
1. residents who were letting their dogs defecate all over the parking garage
2.the dead rats we had noticed in parking spots
3. the apartment resident that moved out and for three weeks we had couches, tv stands, barstools, and mattresses scattered in the parking garage
4. the doors from the garage into the complex that were not on their hinges and instead were lying by the doorway, etc.
They called back several hours later to inform me the «fines» were a «mistake». Who takes pictures of trash anyways?
Several days later I went to pick up a package from the office and got the one I knew was there plus one that they had for FIVE months and never delivered nor informed me of.
Two weeks after move out, the complex called me to ask if I would like to extend my lease. This is after I begged multiple times to extend my lease for a month or more as we were building a house that was not ready for us to move into. They said they had a new resident and couldn’t budge. When I mentioned that to the caller, he tried to cover himself by indicating he just did what the «system» told him. If this is your system, it needs an overhaul!
Finally, we still haven’t received our deposits back. Management claims they want to send them but we haven’t given them a forwarding address. Except we have — three times. I gather this is just like any other issue there. Unless you holler and scream, nothing will happen.
Overall, the actual unit was decent, and location is good, but management needs some work. As for safety, I never felt unsafe in the complex despite the weeks where there seemed to be a rash of break ins. I believe the main issue is the staff are ill-​trained, not very intelligent and not well supervised by corporate. If you don’t mind tons of frustration, in exchange for a decent location, the place is for you.

Today I stopped in to look at the property. I was very disappointed on arrival. The leasing office area was messy and there was not really any place to sit and wait. And wait I did as there were three employees in one of the offices working on something. Not one of them bothered to acknowledge me when I walked in or the two or three people who came in after me. I waited for about ten minutes and decided that if this was their idea of customer service that I probably did not want to live there and left.

Great place! I can walk to my favs Costco, Salad Extraveganza, la fitness and darque tan.
Super modern. Kinda expensive but worth it. Best location in town!

I’vei lived here for 4 months and so far so good. My building tends to be quiet which I appreciate. My only complaint is the garage door that does not work properly and makes a disturbing noise everytime it closes. The dog relieve area has been updated recently which is much more welcoming.

When I first moved here this place was a 5 star. Now I would put it closer to a two or three. The number one reason by far is crime. In the past 4 months I have received emails about one home break in and assault, and 3 stolen cars from the garage. I have also personally had two packages stolen from the mail room before I had a chance to get them. While management has attempted to correct these issues, they do exist nonetheless. The pool is very calm in the summer time and used to be more of a party. This could be good or bad depending on your lifestyle.
Lastly, I encourage you to check out the reviews below that Unilocal chooses to hide. I don’t know how certain reviews can be swept under the rug as if they have no merit. If you included these meaningful posts, they overall Unilocal rating would be a far better representation of it’s customers. Pretty shady to me.
I must include the fact that I love this apartment’s location and amenities in the unit.

Recently moved into 3333 and I love it. I moved here for the location. With walking access to many restraints (BW3s, Salata, etc), Edwards movie theater, LA Fitness, Costco and Central Market, I am in heaven.
The Basics: The parking garage has more than enough parking. Hallways and common areas kept clean. The valet trash service is prompt.
The Staff: The office staff is always helpful.
The amenities: The fitness center provides towels and has an ample amount of cardio equipment. As I am a member of LA Fitness, which is on the same block, I have yet to need the facility, but it looks clean. The pool and grill area seem to well taken care of.
The Unit: The open layout of the A3 unit is awesome and feels very spacious. The windows allow for an ample amount of natural lighting. With 2 huge closets in the bedroom and an additional coat closet all my storage needs are met. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet storage and counter top space. My only complaint would be that there is not a bath tub as shown in the layout, but that is on me for not touring the exact apartment i rented.

I lived in this building for a year and thankfully I am out living in another property. During the time I lived there I could notice several maintenance issues. The corridors will be dirty and won’t be cleaned frequently. This property accepts pets and it happened several times that I will find pets urine or feces in the corridor and will stay there for several days. There is poor ability to enforce property rules, people will go to the swimming pool and get drunk and make noise in late hours at night and several times I called the courtesy officer who will no answer the phone. People will repeatedly park in reserved parking for people with disabilities without being authorized, no speed control in the parking lot with reckless driving. I moved out of the building extremely unsatisfied and the only star can be due to the location. However, I consider there are several other options in the same area that offer a better place to live.

There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Also, Costco and Edwards Theatre is close by.
This is a very well organized, well run apartment complex. They do a great job!

I would say «good location» but there are a lot of apartment complexes in good locations throughout Houston. The apartment complex is sitting DIRECTLY on Weslayan Street, which is extremely busy and NOISEY. My bad for not considering that before I moved in.
Marketed as «luxury» apartments. Ha! Wood veneer flooring, imitation wood grain doors, bottom of the line appliances don’t say luxury to me. Priced as luxury for sure.
Gates in odd places that don’t work half the time. One weekend the front gate was broken and locked in all the residents. Had to exit the building thru the garage. What a treat
Office run by a bunch of princesses, who are too busy applying their makeup and chatting with each other to provide customer service. God forbid if they have to get up and walk to the mail room in their 4 inch heels to locate a package for you.
Oh, the gym. They show this nice gym located on the premisis and then when I tried to use it, only 2 pieces of the equipment worked and NONE of the TV screens would turn on. Thought they may not be aware of it so I reported it and nothing has been done. Other residents complain as well, but no steps have been taken to correct the situation.
Bottom line. Go elsewhere.

Great building in a great location. Dunn Bros coffee house is next door as well as a Costco.
I’ve lived here over a year, and have no complaints. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Pool and Grill area are kept clean. The Parking is plentiful.
Maintenance is available thru their website, and they are fast.
They will accept packages, and will email you when they’ve arrived. I get a lot of stuff delivered, and haven’t had any issues.
Its a good place also if a family.

— Packages are a problem. You will get notification about 50% of the time when a package has arrived. If you were not expecting a package, you may never know something was sent to you. It is a bit of a hassle but some precautions can be taken to prevent any packages from getting lost and reduce the headache:
–order your items a few days in advance
–if you need to «next day or 2^nd day ship it,» do not ship it to weslayan
–proactively follow up with the office to see if you have any packages
The staff has a package log and sometimes leaves posted notes on your mailbox to inform you of your packages. I just got married a few weeks ago received a package every other day for a few months. I’m happy to report that no packages were lost!
— Building staff have been outstanding.
The building management at the Morgan Group headquarters have been very responsive. They truly care about the tenant’s stay at their apartments and welcome feedback both positive and suggestions for improvement. Building management on site are cordial and helpful such as Patty H, Capri and managers Liz and Patti. Building staff/​maintenance such as Marlin and D. Smith are nice and solution oriented.
— Interior is kind of cheap. This seems to be the standard model these days. The apartment looks really nice. However, the AC unit sounds like someone flushing when water drains after running. The drain also gets clogged and stops the AC from functioning. Maintenance must come drain it. In the first 4 weeks of living here, maintenance had to come twice. The dishwasher is smaller than usual and made of plastic. The baseboards are not sealed correctly, providing entry points for bugs– you can get sprayed every Wednesday (which we did) and they are gone now. Washing machine is kinda cheap as well and it is now broken. GE maintenance should be coming out this week to fix it.
–Security: Building management at Morgan Group have addressed all security concerns at the property. They have even hired a courtesy officer to be on the premise, at all times it seems. 5 stars for their response and resolution.
— Overall, I can recommend this place at the time.
