Great no-​frills place with a clean and stocked (coffee, cookies) waiting room. Vincent was quick to make contact with me early in the morning, and accommodated me by meeting the price of a competitive shop. The work was done quickly and I was on my way, only to return because of a whistling noise. Vincent found the problem and I returned the next day for a replacement, which I really appreciated. I hope a vandalized window never happens again, but if it does, I’m sure to call Vincent.

STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND: At 12:30 PM the technician called and said he was on his way to my house and did not actually show up until 6:15PM. I called at 3PM to ask where he was and the technician told me his supervisor put 2 jobs in front of mine. Nobody bothered calling me to let me know of the change of scheduling so I wasted half of my day waiting for them. I called the supervisor back to ask why and he was very rude over the phone and threatened to pull the technician from the job. He acted as if the job on my truck was not as important because the dealership I bought my truck from was paying for it, but the price of the windshield was factored in to the cost of the truck so I am paying for it. He also said they do not need to do a courtesy call which I found very inconsiderate. Do not use this company as there are many better and reliable options out there.

After reading the Unilocal reviews and getting a quote from Safelight I decided to give these guys a call and very glad I did. They answered the phone on my first call, no message or call center but a real person. After giving him the make and model of my SUV he asked to call back with a quote and did so in less than 5 minutes. He gave me two options of an aftermarket or factory (Ford) built window. The aftermarket option was $ 195 and the Ford window was $ 245. Considering the Safelight quote was $ 408 I opted for the factory version and would still save over $ 150.
I was able to schedule the repair for the same day and actually asked to delay the at home repair service for an hour to accommodate a previous appointment. Louis showed up on time, after he called in advance to let me know he was in route. Louise was very friendly and went to work without hesitation. I was impressed with his professionalism and the quality of the work. It started raining during the installation and he asked me to move into the garage to keep the rain off the work area and out of the truck but never hesitated to keep working.
If you need any windows replaced on your vehicle, or get hit by a flying rock from a weed eater like I did, I’d strongly recommend you call these guys first.

I picked up my brand new 2015 JKU Rubicon on a Monday and got my first rock chip just a few days later.
I pulled up to the business and they started the repair immediately. It took less than ten minutes to complete! It looks great, too. Just a pin hole now.
I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

Needed to replace back windshield of my company truck. Looked everywhere. Everywhere was over the top expensive. Found this place and called. Vincent-​the owner answered. Came to my shop replace my windshield in no time. My dad loved his work that he replaced 4 other vehicles. Impressively great service and definitely great prices. Will for sure recommend to family and friends.

He was fast, easy to interact with, and made it convenient. Price seemed fair, work seems good.

He’s fast and polite and answers his phone at 10PM at night. The price is also about $ 90 to $ 100 less than one of those companies that will come to you to fix it.

Ah, the joys of construction season, when huge amounts of gravel and assorted crap will get tossed at your windshield by oversized equipment everywhere you go.
And lucky me– a piece of gravel managed to not only ding my windshield, but that ding managed to turn into a full-​fledge crack before I had a chance to try and seal it up. So, off to an auto glass replacement shop I go!
I got the information for A Advanced Auto Glass off of Unilocal.The review were solid, and it was relatively close to home, so I thought I’d try it out. The verdict? The work itself is unquestionably good and the price is in line with what I’d expect.
So, why not a perfect rating? Well, it’s the little things– most windshields aren’t actually stored on location, so you have to wait for someone to retrieve it from a warehouse, adding to wait time. And speaking of waiting– there really isn’t a good waiting place at this shop, or in the surrounding neighborhood, if you want to kill time till the work is done. Something as simple as a little room with a couch and a t.v. or wifi would have made this a perfect score.
Still, the work is honest and (relatively) inexpensive. Last note, as a minor warning– the location linked on Unilocal is 5014 De Milo Drive, which is the owner’s home I suspect, not the address of the business. You’re going to want to input 4909 W 34^th St by hand into your navigation app of choice.

I’m so glad they were able to get me in at the last minute. My window was broken and this whole week it’s been raining. They also vacuumed the glass out my of my door and carpets before they started installing the glass. The owner gave me a good deal compared to what the others were charging and was able to come to my house, which I appreciated.

Thanks Vince for helping me out! I waited way to long to get a simple cracked fixed that I got on my way back from San Antonio and it spread like wildfire.
Advice: don’t get a carwash after you get a chip. A small chip will grow by at least a foot.
The price he charged me was fair and it took a little more than an hour. He gave me two options for glass and I picked the cheaper one. He told me they are both more or less the same and made by the same companies.
I paid $ 220 which was far less than the other quotes I got. He told me to not get a car wash for at least 24 hrs or any other pressure washing.
Glad I got it fixed b/​c that crack was seriously screwing up my view.

Came out within a few hours of calling. good work and reasonable price. cheaper than other places I called.

Vincent showed up at my house and replaced the windshield in my 2001 Suburban. The price was very competitive, much lower than Safelite and other online quotes I had received. He really knows what he’s doing, and takes the time to do the job right.
I was especially pleased that he was able to transfer my toll tag, state inspection sticker and registration sticker from the old windshield to the new one, which saved me hours of hassles and some cash, I’m sure.
HIGHLY-​RECOMMENDED!

I called at 4pm on a Saturday of Memorial day weekend to have a rear window on my suburban replaced which was broken on a trip to Houston. Within 20 minutes, the owner met me at my hotel in downtown Houston, and before I could check in the hotel and unpack my bags the window had been replaced. Super job! Great service.
