Javier and his team here are amazing. I was referred to them by the Pep Boys off Greenbriar and I’m definitely glad I was!
Javier explained everything that was going to be done on my ’02 Ford Explorer Sports Trac’s transmission and gave a rough estimate on the final cost. He even called a local car rental place for me which was very cool.
Communication was also superior. He called once to confirm the outcome I wanted (short term repair versus long term replacement, plus breakdown of costs and benefits) and again to let me know my truck was done.
I’ll need to bring my truck back in two weeks for a generic checkup. Shouldn’t expect anything negative, but it’s great knowing these guys want to ensure they did quality work.
