They are rip off artist. I took my 2006 saturn ion in because I failed a inspection. The code that came up was a shift solenoid. After a «initial» inspection they said that it would be 595 to replace the solenoid. Then after further review they tried to charge me 2300. I told them forget I will just get a new car and use that as a downpayment. They told me I still owed 595 without fixing the solenoid and now it would be 100 dollars extra for the part. I called me local dealer annd went to pick up the part for 32 bucks. They screwed my car over and it started driving funny after I got it back. The sad part is this the car that I drove my 18mnth old daughter around in and they knew that. To mess with a car that a baby rides in is evil. What would have happened if it went out on the freeway with her in it. Scott is going to hell.

This place is a rip off! Took 2 months to rebuild my transmission and they also said GM would reimburse me for the charges an they didn’t! My car is still not running right! I have to take it back again after only having it for 1 month!

Don’t trust this place with anything, they promised that the rebuild of my tranny was going to be under 3500, because I told them up front if it’s going to be more tell me now. (Because I was getting prices from other shops) well it ended up being around 4700!!! And I have had to bring my car back there over 6 times now! Not including the first week they had my car to begin with! Don’t trust them. Just don’t go here. Honestly.

2 months for a auto tranny rebuild? Yes it took that long for them to rebuild a Nissan Maxima tranny.
They required all payment up front… never make that mistake again girlfriend!!!

Awful awful repair shop. They take advantage of their customers. What started as a small repair and free tow turned into $ 500, then into $ 650, then to $ 1000, then into $ 1863. Then they told me I was being ungrateful for the discounts they were giving me. They are a huge ripoff. We called our family lawyer and we are planning to sue. They need to be shut down. Now, they want $ 645 just to give me the car back. Marshall and Jamie are theives and should be pursued for unfair business practices.
