Adkins Law Firm is a continuation of a Pierce M. Adkins’ plaintiff’s law practice formerly located in River Oaks in Houston, Texas, which began in 2007. Our firm feature dedicated trial attorneys righting wrongs through the civil trial process. We have helped numerous clients obtain the compensation they needed and deserved after an automotive vehicle wreck, death or breach of commercial contract. Our firm serves clients nationwide although we primarily practice in Southeast Texas, including but not limited to, communities and counties such as Dallas (DFW), Harlingen, Sugar Land, Freeport, Pasadena, Texas City, Pearland, Conroe, Beaumont, Port Arthur, Austin, San Antonio, Galveston, The Valley; Hidalgo County, Fort Bend County, Harris County, Dallas County, Tarrant County, Galveston County, Austin County, and Cameron County.

Pierce M. Adkins is a zealous and aggressive trial attorney with over 14 years of experience in the areas of Products Liability, Construction Defect and Business Litigation. He is a fighter that knows how to win. Mr. Adkins represents clients located throughout the United States and abroad and has successfully litigated a variety of state and federal civil litigation matters throughout his career. Mr. Adkins received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Mississippi and his law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas.
