Extremely unprofessional and very disappointing… specially when dealing with Arif, one of the owners. The other office staff was always very courteous.
They did book keeping and payroll for my company for a year. We never got any invoices in spite of requesting for the same multiple times over the year. I even told them if u will bill be for a year all at once, u will have to give me some months to get caught up. Ours being a small company, we wont be able to clear a year’s worth of invoices in a month.
They help all financials and did not file tax returns on time. Started blackmailing me to clear all invoices before they would give me any year end financials on one of my companies that I really did need for Medicare Cost Report purposes.
Horrible experience. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
