Patrick R. Wiley is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of The Aldridge Company. Wiley is responsible for continue creative technology solutions design, building business and technical relationships with clients, prospects, partners and vendors, and integration of emerging technologies into Aldridge services to improve client efficiency. Wiley oversees the day-​to-​day activities of the Aldridge team of accomplished professionals and manages the design and implementation of the Data Center Services, IP networks, and the Company’s overall technical infrastructure, as well as its operating and capital budgets. A key facet of Wiley’s tenure has been the development and implementation of an excellent customer service and technical response program at The Aldridge Company, based in large part on his past experience with The Walt Disney Company, a global leader in customer experience management. Patrick is a graduate of West Virginia University.
