Allen Austin is a privately owned Houston, Texas based executive search and consulting firm. We currently number twenty-​two partners in ten U.S. locations and two Asian locales. Our global network of offices and consultants give us additional reach throughout the world in fifty-​five offices, thirty-​five countries and all major regions of the world. Rob Andrews combines twenty-​five years in industry with twenty years of search and consulting experience to deliver outstanding results to his clients. Rob is well known for his active listening and objective approach to all consulting engagements. He is a student of best practices in most areas of human capital including search & selection, compensation, retention, culture assessment, team alignment, executive coaching, executive integration and service management. Since Rob’s earliest days in business, he has consistently performed at top of his industry.
