History

Established in 2010.

The founder of Alliant Keystone spent the first half of his career working for an Oil and Gas service company that also had a manufacturing facility. He managed hundreds of projects utilizing contract staffing resources provided by Staffing and Recruiting Agencies. During that time he perfected a method of recruiting candidates that consistently produced results. Those methods are utilized to provide client companies with candidates that are a cut above the rest.

Business Owner

James has been working in the Information Technology (IT) industry for 26 years. During that time frame he has designed, developed, implemented, trained users and provided on going support for hundreds of different systems. These systems are used in the Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, and Healthcare industries. He has implemented and managed the support of several big Enterprise Resource Planning systems form Oracle and SAP.
